We purchased a vehicle in May and have yet to receive the title. Every time I email I'm told that we're waiting on a duplicate and that the DMV "isn't responding"...........for four months? Gina Delgado, the only wholesale title clerk, is rude, unhelpful, and doesn't answer the phone.
Mohamed Mahmoud, the general manager, didn't follow up with issues regarding the horribly late title and Gina's customer service, and just referred me back to her, completely blowing me off.
I’m glad I stopped here during my search for a car! Robert was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable without ever making us feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and providing great customer service. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, friendly, and professional, definitely ask for him!

Robert, Felix, Alexandra , Alisha with the keys, Abraham and everybody at this location were wonderful. Sorry I didn’t get all their names. They know the real meaning of teamwork. I will recommend this location to whoever mentions they are interested in a vehicle. Thank you all for ALL your help in getting the vehicle I needed. Blessings to everyone at this location.

Purchased a vehicle from them and after two weeks the transmission went out! I wouldn’t recommend buying from these people. took it back after having to pay for the tow, and they wouldn’t even give me my down payment back! Was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car lot!
RED FLAG: Never go to a dealership that sells cars out of a trailer smh!
This company sends out letters with sweepstakes and lottery scams. On the letter, if you scratch off the number, it will give you a winning number and it will show you won one of the prizes on the list (ex. $2500), but you don’t actually win. It’s a deceitful marketing scam to get you into their dealership to try to get you to purchase a vehicle. There’s a separate number on the letter that you have to match with an actual winning number that is in their office. If you don’t win it, they let you spin the board for a “free” lottery ticket. The lottery tickets are $1-$5.
