I had a great experience at Ingram Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram\! I especially want to thank Alius for making the whole process smooth, easy, and stress\-free\. He was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire experience\. He answered all my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything\. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me\. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I definitely recommend asking for Alius — he made this a great experience\!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the service department at Benson’s Ingram Park CDJR, especially Paul Carter.
I was traveling alone when my truck broke down (Specifically my DEF System), and being a woman by myself in a city I wasn’t familiar with, I was honestly nervous. I was worried about being taken advantage of or being told I needed repairs I didn’t actually need.
Paul immediately put those worries to rest. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with my truck, made sure I understood everything, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he was able to get my truck taken care of the same day and get me safely back on the road.
When you’re stranded far from home, having someone you can trust makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the way Paul and the service department took care of me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially travelers who find themselves needing unexpected repairs.
Thank you, Paul, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
If I could give ZERO stars I would.
I purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership and unbelievably, my vehicle has spent approximately 5–7 months in the service department since I bought it. Let that sink in — I paid for a NEW vehicle, but I’ve spent a huge portion of my ownership time without the vehicle I purchased.
The customer service has been beyond disappointing. Nobody answers the phones. Calls don’t get returned. Getting updates is like pulling teeth. I have repeatedly tried to get answers and assistance, only to feel completely ignored.
And management? Absolutely no help.Despite bringing my concerns to management, I have not received the level of communication, accountability, or customer support I would expect after spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle.
A dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and its customers. Instead, I have been left frustrated, inconvenienced, and feeling like my business stopped mattering the moment the sale was completed.
BUYER BEWARE.Before purchasing here, do your homework, read the reviews, and think very carefully about how this dealership handles customers when something goes wrong AFTER the sale.
I would never want another customer to go through the experience I have had. This has been an absolute nightmare from the purchase to the service department to management.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

I applied through Credit Karma’s website it was called auto credit express. I applied and about 24-48 hours Remy Thompson from Benson Auto Group called and said I was approved for a car loan. I asked how much and she said $22,000 is ideal with a max of $30,000. I set an appointment for Saturday. When I arrived, I was taken to an office and was asked for the same information I submitted through the website. I asked why am I giving the same information I gave on the website, I was told that it had to be submitted in paper. I asked why when I was approved therefore there should be no reason to submit anything in paper. I was told they had to create an application in paper. After three After three hours, Leo comes out to ask if I had a co-signer and I said I don’t understand why would I need one if I was approved for a car loan. Leo replied that it was a marketing tool to apply online and bring me into the dealership and run my credit. This was a bait and switch game. This is a warning to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle with Benson Auto Group on Ingram Road in San Antonio off of the loop 410, exit 10 Culebra Road. This is just the beginning. I will not let innocent people get duped. Shame on them!!
What a waste of time at this place!!! I would go no stars if it let me. I went in to this bogus “early exit” event. Told the sales guy what I had and where I needed to be. Waited there for 3 hours just for the first sales manager to come back with some outrageous numbers. I told him no way. They said let’s try something else. Came back again slightly lower. Tried another way. Came back almost where I told them the first time. I asked the older sales manager why all of a sudden the numbers changed, he says they discounted the truck. When I ask why the “discounted” price in the third offer was the same as the internet price and why the first price was almost $20,000 higher he gets bent out of shape because I told him I’m not dumb. He says no we are not screwing you and gives some excuse. Finally after going back and fourth they get a deal somewhat close to what I want. I finally had enough and requested my keys to my truck and he gets mad, storms off like a 3 year old, violently throws the paperwork in the trash and throws my keys at the salesman. The best part of it all? I drive straight to Ancira Dodge who doesn’t have this bogus event going on. I literally bought the same truck for $5000 less, they gave me $7000 more for my trade , kept my second truck and didn’t need to trade it in as well, and were the best ever. I was so disappointed in the Benson Brand that I’ll never return to another Benson dealership ever. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. These people are crooks!!! Go see the friendly and helpful staff at Ancira. They will definitely help you out!!!
