Disappointing and Misleading Experience We visited this dealership ready to buy a vehicle and had a very frustrating experience. We told the salesperson we were looking for a specific out-the-door price of $29,000. The salesperson left to speak with the sales manager and then returned, telling us that the manager had agreed to the deal. Based on that representation, we proceeded with the credit application and allowed the dealership to run our credit. After our credit had already been pulled, the sales manager came over and informed us that they could not honor the price we had just been told was approved. Whether the salesperson misunderstood or management changed their mind, it's unacceptable to tell customers that a deal has been approved, run their credit, and then immediately reverse course. We were also disappointed by the dealership's deceptive website pricing. The "Bensons" advertised price for the vehicle we purchased was $27,285 before taxes. What was not mentioned on the website was the nearly $6000 in mandatory add-ons. Nowhere in the fine print did it mention add-ons. In the end, we were able to purchase a vehicle, but the process was far more difficult and frustrating than it needed to be. We expected transparency and consistency, especially after being told a price had been approved. It would have been okay if the salesman had came back and said the manager didn't approve our out the door offer. We were expecting to negotiate. Unfortunately, whether it was a rogue salesman or a system built on deception, I couldn't in good faith recommend people shop here. Place is a COMPLETE SCAM!! do not fall for their false advertisement. Firstly let’s talk about the fake mail they send and how “you won if the numbers match”. As you can tell, the numbers match perfectly. However, the representative pulled out a random board with new numbers and said my paper doesn’t match. Let’s be honest, the representatives knew they are lying and tried to sell me a car and other BS. Highly do not recommend ANYONE to come to this dealership. They are all fake and lying straight to your faces.

If i can give no stars i would, my sales man was great he did his job the best that he could how ever. yes i got the promised advertisement that your all 100 percent approved no money down. blah blah blah. i called to confirm before i drove down there. i was desperate to get into a vehicle. how ever i am not dumb and they went down the rabbit hole new car being shown first then after that the used one found the one i wanted they said great went to the "back" to get approval and so called run numbers how ever came back with a approval but for a car that was sitting on the lot the longest time. it met what my needs were it was nice. the car online was priced at 35k used and then here i go walk out of financing they charged me a extra 10 k so total price financed is 45,000 crazy for this day and age when the car i wanted was used and less miles and over all price was cheaper doesnt make sense. After that everything seemed fine we were at the dealer almost 6 plus hours ridculous. Then after that the very next day im driving with family and bam. my car wont start not even with a jump. Called had to use manufacture warranty to get it towed. mind you the car i bought was a buick not a nissan/ dodge/ chrysler/jeep/ ram. I brought it to a buick dealership right away. i needed a new battery all of my fluid levels were low, tires were not aligned needed to be rotated. my out of pocket to buy the car i paid $2k down and the next day i had to spend money i didnt have for $750 the battery alone was $400. This is ridiculous. after all that i went back up to the dealer and delt with robert my sales guy and cody. after a whole bunch of back and forth they agreed to sit here and reimburse me for the battery. ok great... no it was not great i bought my vehicle the first week of march and now it is mid june almost end of july when i am supposed to make my first payment. Not to mention they messed up my financing , i need to go back again contact the credit union and clean all of this up/ the mothly payment was fine how ever them not getting me my money back when it was due and i call litterally 50 plus times a week. cody also gave me his personal number i get it they get busy but not to the point where i am being promised one thing and no one has delivered on this... i am beyond the point of them helping. i told them i will be filing a complaint. i will do a google review. i will call or visit their headquarters if need be i dont want this to be considered through the BBB but at this point come on. I didnt mention after the first 5-6 weeks of calling and not getting the check i had to get my oil change so i go to the dealer for their free oil change and speak with cody in person and he said oh well it looks like the check was picked up already...... Really if i picked up the check already would i be bothering them? no not at all i want to go on and enjoy the car and i cant even do that. They continue to make things difficult. i had to have them litterally bring me a rental car for a day for them to fix something else also on the vehicle that needed to be done. all at their expense but none of this should have ever gotten that far. all i want is my money so i can fix my financing agreement and be done with all of this its absolutley ridiclous. Do not buy here IF you are desperate for a vehicle i would yall rather get with me and let me help you find something rather then coming here i have sold cars before, i have worked the bdc depeartment. service buy here pay here all of the above i am not one to not look past all of this i have bought numerous vehicles in my life this is by far the worst experience ever.

Hi 👋🏽 person who spent 4 hours in house today because they posted an “early exit trade-in program…. Come to find out They are just trying to get you in house to not know nothing about this post. And offer 2x month payments of $703 ($1406) a month Is a Scam, total bait and switch technique. They Paid for an AI ad on Facebook that claimed to accept all credits, but down all negative equity, and get you out of high payments. Saying that they want to get us out of financial situations but I went through haggling for 4 hrs and when I finally got to financing they told me that the payment would be 200 more a month than what we agreed on ($650/month) when both the manager and the salesman agreed was a purchase we both agreed on. Mind you I have solid credit and great payment history that the banks didn’t need proof of employment… but It was Such a lie. Reporting them to the FTC and TAG. Don’t advertise paying off a full loan, no negative equity, advertising your vehicles in house as a 39k vehicle and then come signing thing that I’m not going to notice yall went from $39k to $44.5k not only that to expect someone to do 2 payments a month “to make things easier” ancira offered me the same vehicle with the higher trim for $36k. Do better.

DANGEROUS, Dishonest, Disorganized, Dirty. Four words, four paragraphs, zero personal opinions included (you're welcome, corporate). Just matter of fact statements ( as I believe them to be at the time of writing ) you're welcome to try to refute. Dangerous: see video. While children were running around inside, a gentleman on a scissor lift was maneuvering without a spotter and without a cordon, presumably fixing the stained drop ceiling directly above the main area. The warning beeper was so loud my ears are still ringing days later. Nothing says "family friendly dealership" like an active OSHA violation over the kids' heads. Dirty: see video. The flooring looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned since it was installed (yes, the grout is supposed to be white). The walls are bare and scuffed, and the furniture appears to be original to the building, sometime in the early 90s. Charming, in a time capsule sort of way. Disorganized: The lot is pure chaos. Vehicles are scattered across multiple lots with no functional system for tracking what's actually there. I genuinely cannot put into words how many hours I, plus multiple sales reps and managers, spent wandering around hunting for vehicles that turned out to be already sold, not ready for sale, or just flat out mislabeled. At a certain point it stopped feeling like car shopping and started feeling like a scavenger hunt with no prize at the end. Dishonest: Their online prices are, conservatively, 20 to 30 percent below what they'll actually sell you the vehicle for, and that's before Tax, Title, and Registration. Multiple employees and managers misrepresented their inventory on more than one occasion. Then there's the price sheet, where they tack on (supposedly non-negotiable) $5,000 to $10,000 in add ons ranging from a gouge to a legitimate scam: tint, a battery replacement service, a theft recovery device, paint protection. Do your own research and form your own opinions on those. And then there was the vehicle I actually went there to see. They told me it was on the lot. It wasn't. I called the internet sales rep later that day, and he said they had it. I called again the next day, and a different sales manager said they had it. I called a third time, 48 hours after physically standing on the lot confirming it was NOT there, and they swore up and down they had it (they did not). I called the original manager, the one who personally walked the lots with me looking for it, and he confirmed, 48 hours later, that they still did not have the vehicle. I even had someone else call separately just to ask about test driving it, and they were told it could be ready immediately (it could not). At one point the sales manager told me, flat out, "sometimes dealerships will say they have a vehicle that's already sold to get customers in the door." So credit where it's due, at least they were honest about being dishonest. My experience was so bad, it was good. You could not script a more stereotypically miserable car buying experience if you tried. My number is on file, management is welcome to call, though I already know it's on file because I get about three calls a day pushing financing deals that seem custom built for people who can least afford a 25% interest rate. 3.5 hours of my life I will never get back, but at least I got a story out of it.
