He didn’t just point me in the right direction — he took the time to help change out the battery and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Rene does. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.   Reno was AMAZING!! He has the best customer service and is so willing to help! His coworker who worked the morning shift on May 18 Monday was also great! Very good guys very good business would come back again and again! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

  I am completely new to driving and owning a vehicle. I came in because I had a question and I got wonderful service and great information. Rene was very helpful, well beyond what any employee is expected to do.   I’ve been to auto zone a thousand times and I’ve never had anyone treat me like Rene Sanchez did! He was super helpful and definitely made my experience a thousand times easier . He was eager to help out ! Great costumer service and super nice to my son!

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin and the team at this AutoZone! My car’s tensioner and belt needed replacing. Another shop quoted me $620 for the job, which was way too much for me. Since it was my first time ever working on a car, I decided to buy the parts myself and do it. I watched some YouTube videos, came here to AutoZone to get the parts, and planned to swap them the next morning. It was already hot and I was sweating like crazy. After struggling for a long time, I couldn’t even get the bolts off because I had the wrong size screwdriver. So I drove back to the store to borrow the right tool. They didn’t have exactly what I needed, but they quickly grabbed a 12mm socket and let me take it out to my car. While I was out there trying again, Kevin came over to check on me. He saw I was doing it all wrong and told me I needed to release the tensioner first before taking the belt off. Without hesitation, he grabbed the proper tools and did the whole job for me — both the tensioner and the belt. I stood there the whole time wanting to help but honestly couldn’t do much. When other customers came in, I told him I could take over, but he just said “It’s almost done” and kept going until everything was finished perfectly. Kevin went way above and beyond to help a complete beginner like me. I’m so grateful — he really saved my day. God bless Kevin and this store! Highly recommend coming here if you need parts or honest help. Thank you again!
