He looked up the correct coolant, came outside to help me put it in, and then realized my car was already full so I didn’t actually need it. He even helped me return it. Super kind, honest, and helpful the whole time. Customer service like that is rare these days — thank you Michael D!

- MGMercedes GarciaMay 13, 20261.0Did not like the employees here , how nice and how eager they jump to help a customer .( sarcasm) can’t even help take a battery to a vehicle or even help open the door or anything. How should a customer open the door to exit with a battery in hand ? Or how are they supposed to open the door to the car after exiting the building . It’s the stupidity and judgment from the employees that keep business away , especially being no help . As I passed this message to family and friends and social media we will no longer be continuing service here unfortunately.
