  Five-star service all around! I went in to get my car battery tested, and Jennifer looked after us from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful—not only running the test but taking the time to install the replacement battery for me herself. Jennifer, your amazing customer service, professionalism, and kindness are deeply appreciated!

  After I purchase an used car I was told by the sale person that I would need wiper 🤦‍♀️with no assistance from dealership. I went to Autozone. Jesus at autozone guide me what wipers I needed I also mention that the car was missing one tire cover they did not have one I needed but informed me that if I get one he would put it on for me. I want to thank (thank you) autozone to have very good staff employees (Jesus) to assist their customers. Emma

  My husband and I came in on Saturday, August 8 just after 5 PM because we needed the car battery replaced on our 2012 Kia Sorento. The store was unbelievably busy but we got help from Robert Morales. He was super attentive and provided amazing customer service, all while still assisting other customers at the register & answering the phone. He set a timer to give our engine the opportunity to cool down and as a reminder for himself when he could go outside and replace our car battery. Robert was quick, friendly, & did it all with a smile! Thank you Robert for your help.

  I went in last week and the customer service really blew my mind. I am truly grateful for them. I originally went in for a headlight for my friend's car that I was borrowing. When I went to pay I realized my phone was dead so I couldn't tap & pay. I didnt have the card I need with me and I had no idea how much I had in my other accounts. Jenn was helping me, she was kind and empathetic and didn't make me feel embarrassed. So I said I'd be back when I had my card. As I went to leave the car, it wouldn't start. I felt hopeless with no phone & my 2 little kids with me in 100 degree weather. I went back inside and asked for help. Without missing a beat she said, let's go check out. She told me the boys could stay in the store while we figured it out. After numerous tries to get it to turn on, she told me it was the battery. It was completely dead! I wanted to cry. She took me inside to get a price for a battery. She was so sweet to extend a phone cord to me just enough where I could call my husband & use tap and pay. She told me that the existing battery was incorrect and could possibly be the reason it was drained so much for a fairly new battery. I got both the lights & the battery and to much of my surprise she helped me get them installed in the car. The new battery was a perfect fit, and she showed me how to put the lights on. She made sure we are all good before leaving. I am truly grateful someone with her compassion was working that day. That could of turned out to to be one of the worst days ever & she made everything quick and painless for me and my kids. Jenn was such a lifesaver!

  Shout out to the ladies Adriana and Aurora working at this location they are very knowledgeable and patiently guide you thru everything they recommend to keep your vehicle running smoothly, Adriana is extremely helpful and works hard to provide excellent hands-on customer service I was very fortunate this morning to find them working here ❤️
