  Went to pick up a new battery. Without asking, cashier added and charged me for a battery cable protector packet without my approval. She then had an attitude with me when she had to refund the amoumt. Nice slick move, but buyer beware of those fast hands.

  I needed a battery replaced after being stranded, and purchased one at your Grissom store. Staff was courteous and helpful with purchase and install. I was done in minutes with Angie’s help. I would recommend this store again!

  One of the BEST experiences I’ve had walking into the location. I’ve always had a good experience here but Savannah and Luke were a step above with their knowledge and customer service. I left with everything I needed and a feeling of cutting it with some good buddies. Great Pairing!!

  Frank Martinez provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find the bearings I needed by calling another store to check availability and make sure I could get the right parts. On top of that, he took the time to help me jump my vehicle when I was having battery issues. His professionalism, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Frank's efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Frank, for the excellent service!

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable experience at AutoZone. I walked in around 7:40 p.m. because my car battery had died and I was stranded. As soon as I asked to purchase a new battery, the employee told me he would not be installing it. His explanation was that there were only two employees working and they only had "45 minutes left," despite the fact that the store did not close until 10:00 p.m. What makes this even more frustrating is that battery installation is one of the main services AutoZone advertises. If employees are unwilling or unable to provide that service, customers should be told before they're left counting on it. Instead, I was left standing there with a dead car and no help. Being stranded is stressful enough without being turned away by a business that promotes itself as helping drivers with exactly these kinds of problems. I came in needing a battery and the basic service that goes with it, and I left with neither. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete letdown.
