  Today I went into Autozone and right away this young lady Savana m. Helped me with a issue I didn’t even know about oh lord bless her please and to that she installed my battery and made sure everything was good Autozone y'all need more people like her honestly good customer service I had to walk back in to loo at her name tag because a good review she got from me 🙌

  I came in to the store because I suspected my battery was about to die. Luke came outside and tested my battery and confirmed it needed replacing. I assumed I would purchase one and put it in myself. Luke changed out my battery and noticed that one of the brackets holding the battery in place was loose and made sure it was secure before I left. It was over 100 degrees outside and Luke went above and beyond in the sweltering heat. It’s nice to see that customer service isn’t dead and thanks to Luke for doing a great job!

  My headlight on my 2020 4Runner recently went out, and I only realized it after getting pulled over one evening. A friend and I decided it would be a fun little project to replace it ourselves, so we stopped by this location for the bulb. Savannah was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. She helped us find the correct bulb, listened to our plan, and even did a little research of her own to confirm that the replacement would be simple and might not even require tools. She then asked Luke if he'd be willing to help us, and without hesitation, he came outside and had it replaced in just a few minutes. I was so relieved to have it taken care of so quickly. Savannah and Luke both went above and beyond with their kindness and willingness to help. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and they absolutely delivered. Thank you both!

  On Thurs, July 16th, my battery died. I returned the dead battery and exchanged it for a new one for free, because it was under warranty. I was very happy that I didn't have to pay for a new battery. I had been driving my truck with a check engine light on for almost 2 years, and I was concerned about renewing my annual inspection in May 2027, because a check engine light is an automatic failure with this new emissions test law coming up in November 2026. After putting the new battery on, the check engine light hasn't turned on since Thurs, July 16th. My Tacoma runs much better, and I'm a lot happier driving on the road.

  Last night, I went to AutoZone for what I thought would be some routine maintenance on my car and my friend's car. We planned to replace my friend's taillights, and I needed to get a tire jack to lift my car to do some repairs to the undercarriage. The AutoZone workers, specifically James and Johnathan, gave me great recommendations. When I had to come back two more times to get more equipment, they were beyond helpful. James, especially, showed me how to use the jacks and lifts, and pointed out exactly where to safely place the equipment on my car. I cannot recommend their service enough; this will be my go-to AutoZone as long as I live here!
