  I had an outstanding experience thanks to one of your employees "OSCAR" this young man truly went above and beyond his duties. From the moment I interacted with him over the phone and welcomed me to the store so that he could help me, it was clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers. He gave me his name over the phone and insisted if I needed help that, he could help and just to ask for him. That alone made me, hurry over there. He didn’t just do what was required—he went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Answered all my stupid questions and insured that they were dumb questions. He checked my batteries, confirmed that it was a good charged one. While there he noticed my terminals were loose and went right inside your store to get a tool to tighten them. Something I am sure, is not in your handbook. He did not try to up sale me but instead he suggested that I replace those terminals soon. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help me with wherever I needed to get me back on the road, made a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to come across someone so young dedicated so I do want his efforts not go unnoticed. Because of his exceptional service, my experience was not only stress-free but actually enjoyable after a long 12 hour shift at work. Whomever this young man's parents are, definitely raised him well.. Employees like him are a huge asset to your store, and I hope his hard work and commitment are recognized. I would leave him 10 STARS if I could, because of this awesome experience I will definitely continue to recommend this store with hopes that I come across him again! Tell him that lady is the grey Tucson with what I thought was a bad battery said "Hello"

  Was helped by “Sebastian”. I see in this young man the joy he has in helping customers. That tells me a lot. This young man has a “heart to serve others” and that is the type of employees every business should have. I then learned he is a manager. I believe he treats employees under his supervision well, to serve the customers. Again, thank you for having him in your employ. God Bless Sebastian and your employees

  It is always a massive relief when a stressful car chore turns into a great experience, especially when you get to walk out without spending a dime because of a warranty. Talin definitely sounds like a rockstar. Finding a retail worker who is not only patient and professional but also willing to teach you a clever shortcut (like leaving that tricky back bracket behind) is rare. Thank you Talin

  I had a great experience at AutoZone. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He answered my questions patiently and made sure I got the right part the first time. The store was organized, and checkout was quick and easy. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future automotive needs.

  Cayman was a blessing from start to finish! He was very informative while helping me understand the diagnosis of my vehicle; this made the process much more appreciated! Cayman made sure to go as far as clearing sensors to make sure the vehicle was back to tiptop shape! If you need some knowledgeable assistance Cayman is your guy!
