  Hands down the best customer service interaction point blank period. For the past 2 days I've been coming back and forth to this location and Jose G has taken care of me each time. He is very knowledgeable of each product sold and gives great advice. Will definitely be coming back to this location to do business.

  Terrible customer service. I went in today because the battery to my car gave out. I did not have the battery with me, so I gave the car make and model to Jose. He input my information to the system, and we selected the battery for my car. I purchased it and took it home, only to find out we selected the wrong one. I went back to the store to EXCHANGE the battery, the wrong one for the right one. I talked to Jose again and this time was able to bring my old battery with me to show him the right one I needed. Let him know I needed to exchange the battery for the right one. We found the right one and started the transaction. He called his manager over Christopher V, to assist with the exchange. They discussed the exchange steps with each other but not with me. They had me sign for a refund for the wrong battery, that is where the confusion happened. They told me since I paid with my debit card they had to refund it to my card first. But I wasn’t looking for a refund, I needed an exchange because the battery to my car had given out. My car was not working. That refund isn’t instantly, I just paid $226 for a battery, and NEEDED a battery for my car. I am a customer on a budget, and now I didn’t have the funds to cover for a second new battery after I just spent money for the first one and I couldn’t wait 3-5 days for the refund to go into my bank account. As a manger Christopher V, said they had to refund the first one. But I do not understand how they couldn’t refund the incorrect battery and scan the correct battery on the same ticket to balance out. Christopher was very unprofessional and sarcastic and asked me “why did you buy the wrong battery?” And I told him “I brought the battery, y’all advised me to AFTER I gave my car information to the cashier,” As a manger Christopher, did nothing to help me. Now I’m set back 3-5 days until the refund is processed and am left without a car. As a business where customers go to get help with car issues, they just added on more issues. Terrible service, just terrible.

  Disrespect management. I asked for help on my broken brake lights from an employee and as he was assisting me at my car, his superior screamed at him from the doorway telling him to come back inside. The worker was obviously new and felt obligated to leave immediately. A helpful onlooker had to help me install the rest of the light as opposed to an employee. Nevertheless yelling at an employee from the doorway was completely unprofessional and made everyone uncomfortable.
