  Wonderful customer service! I needed an emergency tool 15 minutes before they closed and called - Adan quickly found the tool at another location and let them know I was on the way. So grateful for his help.

  Aiden will go out of his way every time I've come in here. Super knowledgeable super friendly the nicest guy you're going to meet at an AutoZone and this comes from a guy that has a commercial account and has dealt with them for multiple years

  I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at an AutoZone, and I wanted to recognize the team at the 4410 Blanco Rd. location. I stopped in to have my battery checked because I suspected it was going bad. After testing it, they confirmed that the battery was nearly dead and, fortunately, it was still under warranty. The store was very busy when I arrived, with a long line of customers. Preston was doing an excellent job managing the front counter, answering incoming phone calls, and keeping everything moving efficiently. Despite being pulled in multiple directions, he remained calm, professional, and made sure every customer was taken care of. While Preston handled the counter, Adan was outside assisting customers with their vehicles. It was truly a "divide and conquer" effort, and you could tell they worked well together as a team. Once Preston worked through the line, he quickly found my warranty information and explained my options. He recommended upgrading to a higher-quality battery for a small price difference, explaining the benefits without any pressure. I appreciated the honest recommendation and decided to upgrade. After I completed the purchase, Preston brought the new battery to the front. As soon as Adan finished helping another customer outside, he came right over and took care of my battery replacement. While installing it, he recommended a few maintenance items to help extend the life of the new battery and pointed out that one of my battery terminals was beginning to wear and should be replaced in the near future. I appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need—he was simply providing helpful advice. The battery was installed quickly, everything was cleaned up, and I was back on the road in time for my appointment. This team works incredibly well under pressure, communicates effectively, and genuinely cares about helping customers. It's refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and provide outstanding service, even during a busy rush. A big thank you to Preston and Adan for making what could have been a stressful situation an easy and positive experience. This was, without a doubt, the best AutoZone experience I've ever had! Highly recommend this location.
