  Extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this AutoZone location. I came in to return two containers of oil my mechanic didn’t use. I believed my receipt was saved under my phone number, and when I learned it wasn’t, I started searching my email while asking questions about the return process. Instead of helping me, an employee named Marton became loud and irate, told me I was “unprepared,” and repeatedly called me a “clown” at least seven times in front of customers and TWO managers. What’s even more disturbing is that neither manager immediately stopped him or told him that speaking to a customer that way was unacceptable. Uvaldo, one of the managers, did attempt to help me, but when I questioned why this employee was being allowed to continue disrespecting me, I was told they weren’t going to “yell at him in front of people.” I NEVER asked anyone to yell at him. I asked management to MANAGE their employee and stop him from verbally disrespecting a customer. I also have a video recording documenting part of this employee’s conduct and the interaction, so this is not simply my word against his. I strongly encourage AutoZone’s district or regional management to review the store cameras as well. I’m almost 50 years old and have been an AutoZone customer for many years. I have never experienced anything like this. I am also a top-performing REALTOR® in San Antonio with a large social media following. I normally use my platform to support and promote businesses in our community, and I would much rather do that than share an experience like this publicly. I am requesting that a district or regional supervisor contact me and investigate what occurred. An employee repeatedly calling a customer a “clown” while management stands by is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There needs to be accountability for both the employee’s conduct and management’s failure to stop it.

  I wish i got the name of the guy who helped me put in new signal lights but i forgot to ask :( My receipt doesnt say it but every time i come here they help me to the fullest extent & in this economy im so grateful🥲Thank you to the guy with a LA cap & hazel eyes ! My austin trip will be worry free of cops ☺️

  So my battery died in the parking lot a few blocks up at the bank the other day. Once we jumped it I drove straight to autozone. This wonderful person Pete tested my battery and found out it was just the connections had some corrosion but my battery was fine. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and just helped me to make sure I was safe getting back on the road. That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.
