  I'm typically not the type to leave any reviews, good or bad, but I feel that my experience at this store definitely deserves some praise. The selection and quality of parts here always surprise me when I need something. Big shout out to Felipe Lara though, he's probably the primary reason I keep coming back. High class service and very knowledgeable when explaining the mechanics to me in a way I could understand. See y'all next trip when something inevitably breaks down on me

  Huge shoutout to Raul! When my check engine light came on as I left work, I immediately drove to my nearest Auto Zone (4500 Zarzamora southside). Raul was the one who helped me diagnose the issue. He was super courteous, helpful, and really knew his stuff. So when my fiancé needed new wipers during that crazy week-long monsoon we had, I didn’t even think twice — I went right back to Raul. He recommended exactly what we needed, didn’t push anything extra, and even installed them for us in the rain. That kind of service is rare these days. Definitely a 5‑star experience.

  Felipe is an absolute rockstar! I went into the AutoZone on a busy Saturday not knowing exactly what I needed for my brake job, and he took the time to walk me through everything. He asked the right questions about my vehicle, pulled up the correct parts on the computer, and even double-checked compatibility before ringing me up. I was able to do it myself because of the confidence he embedded in me.

  It is extremely easy to shop at a store that values it's Veterans. I was helped by Felipe Lara who has been my go to guy for mechanical issues even before his employment. He is knowledgeable and always courteous. A hands on type of gentleman who is so helpful.
