As a single mother, having car trouble is extremely stressful for me. Witnessing a woman in this profession still being her best self (nails, hair, the smile!) I came in counter with an older Hispanic woman who was totally rude. I’ve been there before and had nice experience with a young man who assisted me and even gave me advice on other parts of my vehicle. She wouldn’t even look at my car or even let me explain what was going on with my vehicle. I even had my dad on the phone to try and explain to someone what was going on. Totally bad experience, I would recommend going somewhere else.

- TTTalen_005Apr 5, 20261.0Jessie the store manager gave me a lot of attitude, all because I didn’t have my receipt. I purchased the part at this location, and had the card I paid with. We eventually made the return work but she still continued to make side comments like “next time bring a receipt because I have a life”. Very ridiculous customer service. She loves to interrupt people and be rude it seems. Please do better next time Jessie.
