  Store Manager Frank and his entourage Diseray, Michael, and Brandyn always make me feel at home and go above and beyond the call of duty. Anytime I visit, I’m welcomed in and treated with respect and dignity. I’ve been all over San Antonio, TX for decades and there is no AutoZone location like the one off Montgomery & 90. It may be a brand new, but these are top notch employees and truly care about their customers. There is no other AutoZone I’d rather visit. I’ll continue to be a faithful customer because of them! You’re #1 !!

  Incompetent employees! If Francisco is NOT there to assist GOOD LUCK. Lily (name tag reflects parts manager-God helps us all) looked in the system for a part we needed. Informed us it was at another location, completely out of the area (Marbach warehouse). We drive to Marbach warehouse, then informed Lily (keep in mind "parts manager") gave us the wrong information. The knowledgeable employee at Marbach warehouse, calls Lily store and trains her how to correctly look at her system. The system reflected the part at Marbach warehouse SECONDARY STORE (Perrin Beitel), and another store 211 and Potranco. Well bet ya bottom dollar, too much like right to send us to the closest store from Lily-211! No, let's send the customer out of the area (Marbach warehouse). Then that location does NOT have the part. With current gas prices and economy, we can NOT afford to waste fuel. So thank you Lily for the poor and rushed customer service. I hope in the future you do NOT send customers off with wrong information. Simply slowing down, making a quick phone call, verify the part, then send the customer. "Why you ask, sure I'll tell you-to save us all time and money." Know better, do better! For peace sake just ask Francisco.

  Brandyn was very respectful and a big help he change my headlight, also verified it was the right bulb I needed before checking out and in less than 30 min I was on my way. Overall a very clean store inside and out happy to see a nice neighborhood autozone!!!!!

  Angel was an angel. My car broke down on the side of the road and he walked from the store up the hill to help me see what was wrong with it. From there, he helped me find the right parts and connected me with a mechanic nearby. Since this store didn’t have the radiator, they ordered it AND delivered it to the mechanic. Phenomenal customer service. Love this place!!! I would give more stars if I could.
