  From picking up the rental car to dropping it off, everything was seamless. When I returned the vehicle, I was greeted by a young lady whose name I unfortunately forgot, but she was so kind and provided excellent customer service. She asked how my rental experience was and whether I was satisfied with everything. She noticed the tire pressure light was on and asked when it had come on. I explained that it was already on when I picked up the vehicle, but because it was raining and thundering heavily and I was traveling by myself, I didn’t feel comfortable getting out of the car to check it. She completely understood and immediately asked what she could do to make things right. I asked if she could help with a discount on the rental rate, and she gladly took care of it with no issue at all. I truly appreciated how understanding, professional, and accommodating she was. I will definitely rent from Alamo again when I return to San Antonio. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Thank you so much for making the entire experience so easy and pleasant!

  It the past month I have done multiple rentals with Alamo. Each time the experience has been amazing. From the time to check in, to selecting a vehicle, and even when returning as well. Most recently when I had a concern Isiah was quick to provide support and reached out to ensure our satisfaction of the rental was great. Thank you Alamo for having amazing staff.

  My issue is the fact that these establishments don't allow rentals to be paid with a debit card even though my card was charged through Expedia so I was not allowed to use the rental which mind you I had to pick it up at the airport 😑. And then I was given the run around between Alamo rental and Expedia just to get my money returned to me! It's like me and my hubby say,"they're quick to take your money but never quick to return it"!!

  I had an excellent experience renting from Alamo in Las Vegas. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. There was no waiting time at pickup, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander, and I couldn't have been happier with it. The SUV was exceptionally clean, looked almost brand new, and even had that fresh new-car smell. It was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family road trip. The return process was just as quick and hassle-free. Overall, this was one of the best car rental experiences I've had. Great customer service, a fantastic vehicle, and an efficient process. I'll definitely choose Alamo again for future trips and I just booked my rental car with them for my upcoming trip in Los Angeles. Highly recommended!
