  I left my house key on my rental car keys when I turn my car in. Drove all the way home before I realized it. I came running back to the rental car counter. Everyone was amazing and they had my house key in my hand in 5 minutes (it was an hour after I dropped off the car). These people are amazing. They have won my loyalty for all my rental car needs in San Antonio. Thank you so much!!!

  Great job to Ashli!!! She made our day upon our return!!! We had a crack in the windshield that we had just noticed on the last day of our rental and she assured us as we drove in to drop off the car that it was not a problem at all. She handed us our receipt and we were on our way. Thanks for making the rental well worth it in the end!!!

  Look into it ??? I’ve emailed a few times about it. No response. I booked it from the 1st-20th June pick up and drop off at San Antonio International Airport what more information do you want? My name is Lisa Jones paid a deposit of 400 and it’s now 4 July and I still haven’t received my deposit. I was so so upset that the fact that I wasn’t told about a $400 deposit I was told there was gonna be no deposit end up having to pay $400 deposit. The car was given to me filthy and dirty as you can see in the photos when I dropped it off I dropped it off all night and clean and the petrol was full. I was guaranteed that I was going to have direct deposit put back into my bank account. It’s now been two weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit. It’s nothing but a scam. I do not highly recommend them. I’m in LA. I hide from the same company in LA didn’t take any deposit whatsoever gave me a clean. Car never had a problem or anything so I don’t understand why Antonio end up charging me $400 for a deposit when really they shouldn’t have taken a deposit from me and I’m really upset that the fact that I still haven’t received the deposit the service was just I don’t know you know just nothing but wise I was promised one thing but never got it. I dropped off the car on the 20th. Picked it up on the first and I’ve got photos of both on the first which is the dirty Car and then I’ve got the pictures of the clean card that I paid to get cleaned which I’ll be showing in the pictures at the end I don’t highly recommend them whatsoever i’m very disappointed that they gave it to me as filthy as they did and still took a deposit the last photos of the photos of the clean car that I had got it professionally cleaned and paid for it

  Go with Alamo and ask for Summer! Five hundred stars! We had a nightmare experience with another rental car company a few kiosks down and their refusal to assist beyond taking our money and refusing to give us a car (starts with an H and we will be disputing those charges). However! The AMAZING Ms Summer at the Alamo desk was able to get us completely setup with a better car, FAR BETTER customer service, and even a better price! They’ve earned a new repeat customer in the future to say the least. Stay far away from any of the others just go with Alamo!

  Failed to let me know that there is a $400 deposit for local residents who book online. Car wash dirty when they showed me my options. Then when I asked about the yellow and pink writing on the window the girl handed me window cleaner and rag to clean if off. I did let the manager know but this whole rental has been terrible. Even though the manager provided a small credit it doesn't make up for the miscommunication regarding the deposit and the poor customer service. Vanessa at the exit booth was so helpful and pleasant.
