  Halfway through our trip we had planned to get a smaller vehicle. We thought we had the 2nd vehicle reserved, but something went wrong and we hadn't reserved the 2nd vehicle. The Alamo staff was extremely helpful and understanding. Melvin at the car check in area was very courteous and helpful. He directed us to the front counter staff that helped us get situated. We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience to anyone. We ended up keeping the car we already had rented. This saved us the hassle of moving alll of our luggage. I wish I remembered the name of the front counter lady, she was very nice and helpful too.

  I left my phone in the car and the staff acted quickly to retrieve it from the car wash. Great customer service

  The customer service at Alamo San Antonio Airport has consistently been exceptional. We are regular renters here, but one issue of note is the challenge of receiving the correct vehicle despite making reservations in advance. Often, we find ourselves waiting or facing unavailability of the desired vehicle. Regrettably, the only available option is usually one of the largest vehicles in their fleet, making a substitute impractical.

  After a long business trip with very long hours Arriana ended our trip with incredible Texas hospitality experience! Her wonderful personality, fast service, and help made the end of the trip dropping off the car a highlight. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, I wish I could hire her and have brought her back with us! Thank you!

  Frances helped me at the front desk. She was cordial and made it easy to be on my way as soon as I could. I was traveling to San Antonio to visit my sick mother. However, I wish she would have been thorough in regard to the insurance segments. My personal car insurance is comprehensive and covers more than what I agreed to. However, as soon as I figured that I did not need the insurance provided by Alamo, I drove back and had the manager take it off. Thank goodness my mom only lived a short distance to the airport. All-in-all, I would still use Alamo the next time I visit San Antonio. (Good name for the area, I hear.)
