  Monrae was extremely polite and helpful. He asked how my experience was and if everything okay, I let him know one of the vacuums was clogged, within seconds him and multiple staff members started working to unclog the Vacuum and they succeeded. Customer service 10/10

  This place is always great, but Monray stands out for his professionalism and quick service. He always has a smile on his face and makes my day. Great job to him!

  Had a worker say pay $25 for a whole month of premium, he lied about the fact that it charges you every month without warning. Even after I asked if it was only for the one month and WASN'T a subscription. #NotCoolZips

  I feel bad for anyone that comes to this wash or for the amazing crew that works there. Both me and my husband have been long time members at this wash for quite some time, but for the last several months we've gone we have had the most horrible experience with Christopher K. Not to be confused with the amazing manager on shift (CJ). Every time we've gone through Christopher has either been rude or acts like he doesn't want to be there and on multiple occasions said zips doesn't offer basic single washs only memberships. Today he was walking around talking on his phone while we were coming out of the wash, whenever he finally saw us he didn't even try to dry our car just swiped the rag along the car which left horrible marks throughout. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get in touch with customer service but will be first thing tomorrow. Please get rid of employees that act like they don't want to be there it's completely unfair for those that work hard.
