  Service is impacable… however did not appreciate the way the cars are taken in bays. Three bays full… two cars waiting g in bay 1&2… I parked in bay 3… just to get moved because person parked in bay 2 was there prior… staff or manager should monitor which bays the waiting customers should park besides next vehicle that will be completed… instead, I was made to move to behind car in bay 2 and and the Bay 3 was told to move to where I was at bay 3? Staff should have known bad 3 would be done before bay 2… they should have asked for that car to park behind car in bay 3 instead of the inconvenience to move two customers… General common sense an attentiveness of manager.

  I paid $115 (and that was with a $15 coupon). Totally outrageous!! I will not be back!! Beware..ask the price before the service!!

  From the time I drove in to the time I left, the service was absolute perfection. They quickly checked all my lights. Next I was asked if I would like all of my tires aired up to 39 lbs. We discussed what kind of oil I wanted, then I went to the waiting room. Shortly I was shown what a dirty air filter looked like vs. what mine looked like. I only have 35xx miles on my vehicle and the filter appeared very clean so I asked to keep it. In all my driving years I have never been shown my air filter. I've just always been told how horribly dirty it was and it had to be changed. I waited in the waiting room and enjoyed a very pleasant visit with the gentleman who had aired my tires up. He was so pleasant that I want to go back just to visit with him! The employees worked as a unit with bright smiley faces and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I wish I could remember the girl's name who waited on me. She was prompt, efficient, happy, knowledgeable. On a scale of 1-10 she was a 20. I will definitely share this positive information with friends, and I will be back!
