  Came in from a 4 hour drive to buy a car here. They never mentioned any smoke smell in the car, so yea I was surprised to see there's a smoke smell in the car. We were absolutely disappointed they didn't mention this at all and wasted our time. But that's not why I am writing this review, I am writing this review because of the Manager. The salesman accepted it was a mistake from their end and seemed to be genuinely sorry for the mishap. We told him to bring over the manager to maybe work out a deal, but they started shifting the blame towards us like we are the problem. This is absolutely appalling, especially when my uncle and aunt BOTH sacrificed their work while I sacrificed my school time just to visit for the car. Sure we know of the risks and we know that sometimes deal breakers can happen. The salesman even apologized for the mistakes, but the manager HAD to ruin the experience. Jim Bass, please change your managers.

  Billy Najera was the most professional car salesman I have encountered in years. He understood what I needed, answered all of my questions, and arranged the sale in a prompt and efficient manner. He's the best. When someone in my family is ready for a new vehicle I'll gladly suggest they meet Billy and deal with him, a great sales rep for Jim Bass Nissan.

  I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Jim Bass, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Sergio! He’s young, but don’t let that fool you — he was professional and worked hard to get everything done quickly. He was able to get my approval taken care of fast and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. If you’re worried about getting approved or think you won’t qualify, I definitely recommend giving them a chance because they will get it done when others can't.
