  New car buyer here, purchase date 9/15/26, CX-70. Interracial couple, Asian male White female. Happy with the car itself. Miserable time dealing with Jareth, Trey and the supposed manager, Matt. 5 hours to get it done with half as dead time. Tried to be reasonable, explain away the lack of care and borderline disrespect of my time and my fiancee's with this guy is a working man. Supposed to be a his and hers deal. My fault for not leaving and finishing my deal when they we just grinding me down. Never felt such a blatant experience of being treated as a bag of money. At best, the disrespect and disregard could be explained by the supposed coincidence of multiple factors that extended the dead time. The fact that Jareth stated something like you'll wait as long as you need to get the car you want is wild. At worst, I'll leave to your imagination. This is a great reason why dealership sales are just under insurance salesman. TLDR: Love my car, hate the process. The supposed offer for fiancee's vehicle is a spit in the face. Will enjoy my new love/hate relationship with his dealership that's like my fiancee's smut novels. -10/10 do not recommend.

  Fantastic experience buying a used vehicle from them. It was just as advertised when I got there. Matt was great to work with and made it such an easy process .

  I worked with Shannon and he did an outstanding job. He was able to find the exact car I wanted and was very easy to work with.

  This is our second purchase from Jim Bass Mazda, and as before it was a good experience. Our Sales Associate, Shannon, made the entire process fast and painless. I walked out feeling I received a good deal.
