  Terrible service and very unprofessional. I had a reservation for a car and even called beforehand to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I was told that it was, only to get there and be informed that they were out of cars. This has happened to me twice already. I will not be renting from Enterprise anymore. If you don’t have enough vehicles available, don’t waste people’s time!

  Ms. Riojas at the San Angelo, TX Southwest location was amazing, and made sure we were taken care of. Our rental experience was first class!

  Taevon is awesome. Super sharp and professional, and well on his way to inevitably be becoming management. My current Enterprise location is on Inwood Road in Dallas, and he assisted me out here in San Angelo with a vehicle that broke down, and helped me get into exactly what I wanted. The other young man Brydon was also super professional and polite as I overheard him helping other customers. I’ve been through many branches in the Seattle and Dallas area and I’ve been renting 10 1/2 out of the last 11 years through Enterprise. Just another one of many good experiences. …

  The salespeople here WILL conveniently not have your reserved vehicle and will try to upsell you for as much money as they can get. This particular business is excessively untrustworthy.
