  Made a reservation on Sept 27th for a 1200 pick up on Oct 5th. Was called and told car is not ready. We had to do a late check out at 1400. Went to lobby at 1400 and still no car. Told they have no idea when one will be ready due to "late drop offs, vehicle recalls, people extending rentals, etc." We are not sure why a reservation does not reserve a car. The Agent at the local location provided what information he had available but for now we just sit here and wait....going on the third hour past our pick up time. Will never use Enterprise again.

  I booked a reservation over a week in advance. They even called me the day prior to confirm the reservation. I showed early because when I booked the reservation they informed me the time I asked to pick up was close to closing. When I arrived they said the vehicle for my reservation had not been returned yet and offered me a minivan. I said I understood and I was trying to be respectful of their closing time so I left and I came back 15 minutes before closing and they said they did not have a vehicle for me. The vehicles they were waiting to be returned got extended and that I might be able to get one the next day. The reservation was my mode of travel for military training. Why did they give the minivans if their reservations exceeded the number of vehicles on hand? I'll likely never rent from Enterprise again if I have a choice. I need dependability for my job and the lack of "give-a-shit" displayed by the staff just made me lose all respect for this company.

  I was was looking for specific vehicle. These guys made it happen in a reasonable amount of time. The whole rental process was very easy.

  This location always seems to have problems keeping good employees. The ones they do have seem consistently overworked but they are professional and friendly. Even if you book in advance, they will likely call and say that they might not be able to have the car you need. Its just hit or miss and whether you will go and get what you need quickly or will have to wait 30-45 minutes.
