  I was was looking for specific vehicle. These guys made it happen in a reasonable amount of time. The whole rental process was very easy.

  This location always seems to have problems keeping good employees. The ones they do have seem consistently overworked but they are professional and friendly. Even if you book in advance, they will likely call and say that they might not be able to have the car you need. Its just hit or miss and whether you will go and get what you need quickly or will have to wait 30-45 minutes.

  Review of Rental Location I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my visit to this location. Unfortunately, my interaction with Ms. Riojas was very unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from this location. I hope management takes the time to address these concerns and ensure that future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

  The San Angelo, TX, location is awesome. They have the most helpful, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

  Do NOT RENT FROM HERE. So frustrating. booked a car for my brother for a noon pickup. When he got there, they stated that since he was there at 1pm they gave away his car (which is not a policy they have) and said he would need to pay an extra 100$ for his reservation. The managers name was Brian. We asked if there was anything we could do and he basically said to "get lost" Talked to Enterprise support number and they said that he lied about the policy and they actually hold cars for 24hs.
