  This has been the most professional most friendliest car wash in the Dfw Saginaw Fort Worth, Texas area that I have been to in the last 25 years. I have been treated with nothing but the upmost respect and professionalism by the employees, especially the black employees here at this location. Highly professional will treat you right good customer service is such a die in art nowadays, but this place is where it’s at. if you want a good quality car wash good service good people and a good vibes come here! the manager is a wonderful man. He hires the most top-notch employees here I would highly recommend. I pay good money to get my car wash every week and I depend on places like this to make sure my car is clean and in tiptop shape and this is the place where it’s at. I am thoroughly impressed and thoroughly happy as a new customer and I plan on coming here for many more years to come me my partner both.

  Since the transfer of ownership the quality of this car wash has gone down. We paid for the $24 wash and it was a very basic wash. We had to clean the tires ourselves and wipe down the mirrors because they did not get clean. The self detailing section was packing full bottles of anything, and if the bottle had anything in it; it was broken. Only one side has both vacuum options and the air compressors don’t work. I would recommend going to somewhere else if you’re looking for a quality car wash now.

  This place has been the worst car wash for the two years we have lived here. Always out of service. Car wash hardly washes the car correctly. And they have no idea how to properly set up plans and keep track of tags in there own system. I was hopeful things would be better with the name change, but it's still all the same people. Only used them out of convenience. Now we no longer will. Go anywhere else thank me later.

  As a first-time driver, I had no clue which car wash to pick. My family already uses this service here and they love it, and I only wanted to do an occasional wash, but I still had lots of questions for future visits. Kedrick was incredibly helpful in explaining my options and helping me figure out what would work best for me. The car came out shining and squeaky clean. Thanks heaps!

  Very disappointed. Zero customer service. They were bad before new management and now worse. For transition into new company they offered little help and multiple acquaintances that are elderly were turned away because the transfer was not smooth. Zero effort put forth. And Zero scrubbing before entry. Will continue to go but will not tip
