  Great service and excellent customer care! I stopped by to get some air in my tires, and they helped me right away. I didn’t have to wait even a minute. One associate filled the tire, and another double-checked to make sure it was at the correct PSI. Everything was completely free of charge, and on top of that, they gave me $15 off my next oil change. I really appreciate the fast, friendly, and thorough service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change! Thanks

  I have worked every single day for 2 weeks. The fact that my 1st day off was on a Sunday and this place was open was AMAZING! The service was fantastic and I was in and out in no time! Sajah was wonderful and so friendly. Ill definitely be back for my next oil change.

  Sajah, Sergio, and Bennett at the Saginaw Valvoline did an amazing job! They helped me with both an oil change and a battery replacement. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. They made the whole process easy and took great care of me. Awesome customer service—I definitely recommend this team and location! 5 stars!

  Amazing Service Absolutely amazing experience! The oil change was quick, professional, and the staff was super friendly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need, and made the whole process easy. Joey was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to Sarah and Jalen at Valvoline for the outstanding service today! They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I also really appreciate Manager Andrew, who took the time to step in and look at my A/C issue. Instead of immediately sending me down the road for an expensive diagnostic, he checked it out and discovered that I simply needed a new cabin air filter. That saved me a ton of money and unnecessary hassle. It’s refreshing to get service from people who actually take the time to help you solve the problem instead of just selling you something. Sarah, Jalen, and Andrew absolutely earned this 5-star review. Highly recommend this Valvoline location!
