    I have been an Enterprise customer for 30 years, never had a problem or a complaint until a few months ago. Every problem has been at the Sachse location. I have rented a car three times this year and all three times there were problems. Some of the problems I have had at this location, but not all the problems : 1)Car wouldn’t start. 2)Unsafe driving by Enterprise employee during pick up. 3)Rude and unsafe behaviour by Enterprise employee during pickup. 4)Dirty car. 5)Being asked by a male employee if I was sure there was a problem with the car or if i just didn’t know how to start the car. He offered to walk me thru how to start the car. I had rented, had possession of and had driven the car for 13 days at this point. I doubt he would have asked a man if he knew how to start the car, 13 days after he drove it off the lot. 6) Branch manger called me 7 minutes before my reservation, to tell me they had no cars and I had to come a hour later than my reservation time to get a car. When I arrived at the time when the Branch Manager told me to get there, car still wasn’t ready. 7)Branch manger walking away from me during check in process, to help another employee, without saying excuse me or literally anything. 8) Branch manager answering the phone during the check in process while I was in the middle of talking to him, and he carried on a whole conversation with the person on the phone and not even acknowledging me after that or saying thank you. Which made my check in process take longer than it ever has before. 9)I was overcharged for the damage and claim waiver service due to “free” upgrade. 10)Branch manger making excuses for everything. Ranging from “it’s a training issue” to they’re “short staffed” and making empty guarantees that he doesn’t deliver. If you like waiting 40 plus minutes for a dirty car that won’t start then this is the place to go. But if you want a clean car, a reliable car that actually starts and runs, and a hassle free experience go somewhere else.

    Reserved a car and called to make sure one was available at this Enterprise location. I was assured one was available and waiting. I had to Uber there and waited in line for quite some time just to be told a car wasn’t available and they had been out of cars for 48hrs. When I asked about the call I placed to confirm the reservation, they stated the calls go to a different department that is unaware of what was going on at the location. I waited quite a while to see if anything would become available but that didn't happen. I called the main number to complain and was told that they escalated my complaint and I would be getting a call soon to resolve the issue. Not only did I not get a single call back, the employees at the location closed the doors and made no attempt to further communicate with me. I had to leave and wait outside for my daughter to pick me up. Several people arrived with reservations while I was waiting, just to be told the same thing.I promise to never ever use Enterprise again!

    I reserved a rental car online through the Enterprise website because it showed the vehicle was available. When I arrived at the location to pick up my rental, I was told there were actually no vehicles available at all. The employees said they “might” have one tomorrow, but they weren’t sure. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. No apology, no effort to help find another vehicle, no attempt to make the situation right — just a lot of “we don’t know” and being left standing there without any solution. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. If a vehicle is not available, customers should not be allowed to reserve it online. I would definitely not recommend this location based on my experience.

    Poor customer service never have car when you need it even you have confirmed a booking. They will call you back and say they do not have the car. This is the second time in last six months. so they do not have the car. Thank you. They are accepting reservation online and then canceling when you reach to pick up Car or this time was better. They called me earlier so they do not have the car. Thank you.     We greatly appreciate the outstanding professionalism and positively going beyond the highest standards of Enterprise service in every way! I have a special story in that as a Navy veteran and former crew member of the 2nd aircraft carrier named USS ENTERPRISE (CVN 65) I had the honor of hosting your founder Jack C. Taylor aboard in the early 1980’s. The next aircraft carrier to bear the same name is currently under construction. Everyone in the Sachse, TX (Woodbridge Parkway) office are great representatives of Enterprise. Wishing everyone continued success! By the way our Equinox was a super rental!!!
