  Picked up on a Saturday and they were very busy but got us in and out pretty quickly and efficient. We did reserve a week in advance and confirmed the reservation when asked. Return was on a Tuesday and not too busy and got us out of there easy. The car was new and drove perfectly. Good experience overall.

  On a Saturday this place is FULL FLEDGE chaos. But that have a Manager there the stays in position very well her name is MaryAnna. Her posture is well maintained when getting her job done. I watched her in action and she did not stop until it was done.

  Enterprise used to be a great company now you call them and it goes to AI answering services. You never get a human being. I emailed them. I call them I leave messages. Nobody calls back and to top it off. Their cars are getting very expensive and the last three months I’ve spent over $12,000 and I’m not even a silver member yet. It’s ridiculous.

  Michelle at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sachse, TX, did an outstanding job getting me into a vehicle as quickly as possible. Unlike my experiences with other locations, she didn't make excuses or create unnecessary delays. She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish, explained all the policies clearly, and ensured I fully understood everything. Michelle's professionalism, sense of urgency, and excellent customer service truly stood out. She completely made up for the poor and terrible experiences I had with the Enterprise locations in Garland and Rockwall, where I received some of the worst customer service I've encountered—even while speaking directly with those offices. The male manager w/Garland and Female mgr Brooke w/Rockwall, Terrible customer service filled with excuses and no empathy for anyone. More concerned for themselves rather than the customer. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond and providing the level of service customers should expect. Thank you very much!
