  I’ve called these guys 5 times in one week on hold for as long as 1hr, average 40mins All I hear is someone picking up the phone and putting it on hold. No communication. Had to call another office, even the airport and they have better communication Don’t go through this office

  This is one of the best enterprises around! Always so accommodating. Michelle was awesome! All the front counter folks are really nice and professional. Thank goodness we have them. I believe they are the only car rental place in Sachse or Wylie.

  It’s not my first time renting from this branch but despite being the only car rental option in Wylie/Murphy/Sachse area, staffs at this Enterprise office are wonderful to work with! I had a great experience renting two months for work from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was courteous, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. I especially appreciated how the staff took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for reliable service, clean vehicles, and a team that truly cares about its customers. Thank you to the entire staff for providing such outstanding customer service!

  The delivery was quick, great and the associate was great. However, the car was not in the best shape pulls to the right. Returning the car I spent over an hour on the recorded message before getting to talk to anyone.
