  I went to check my tires and oil, and a gentleman name Joshua helped me out. He didn’t just do what I asked but he went above and beyond to check everything to make sure I was safe. I found out I had other issues and had he not caught it, I could have been in some serious danger. It’s people like this that will make me forever return to this location. Not only him, but his team as well. Great job guys!!!!

  Terrible customer service at the Royce City location. Purchased tires 1 year ago from Mavis and now they claim I need two front tires. After 19k miles they only knocked $25/tire off ignoring the 50k mile warranty and saying it was my fault because I didn’t purchase road hazard. Will never be back. Avoid this location. Much better options elsewhere.

  We have a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid and the tires that came with the car were garbage, one of the tires developed a bulge on the sidewall with less than 10,000 miles and Honda didn’t include a spare tire. We replaced all 4 tires and we bought a spare wheel and tire from Mavis. The team at Royse City Mavis Tire listened to our needs, gave us a fair price and did an excellent job installing the tires and the spare. They were also very thorough, one of the Techs noticed we had some mouse droppings in the engine compartment. We actually had a rodent problem last winter which we have since resolved, but that was an excellent observation! Note: Don’t buy a new car that doesn’t have a spare tire; stand your ground. If you cut a tire you’re stuck. The air compressor and tire goo they provide will only work on small punctures.

  I visited Mavis Tire in Royse City to have a nail removed from my tire and to repair. Mike provided exceptional service; he was incredibly helpful. Even when another customer entered, he greeted them politely without rushing my service. Additionally, I am in need of new tires, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge of various brands. He provided two quotes and clearly communicated the ordering timeframe and potential installation schedule. I highly recommend Mike for your tire needs.

  Damaged my vehicle and took two hours for one patch on my tire. Went in to do a simple patch on two of my tires. Unfortunately one tire had a hole on the sidewall that couldn’t be fixed and had to be replaced with a new tire. I’m not able to purchase a tire at the moment so I just told them to patch the other one since it will at least hold air for a few days. The manager forgot to tell the mechanic I wasn’t going to purchase a tire while the mechanic was working on other cars. It took 2 hours for a single patch to be put on a tire. Past experience with other shops would be a max of 25 minutes if that. The mechanic working on my vehicle also slammed the hood down (why the hood was up for a tire patch beats me) that it broke a piece off of the deflector. I know I don’t have the best truck out there sure it’s old but it’s my truck that I use everyday and when I take it to a place for maintenance it should at least be treated with more respect. For a place that charges $165/hr for labor you would think you would get that level of service. But forgotten about and a damaged truck is what I walked out with. The only positive thing from this is my $29.99 patch was covered. Thanks.
