  I had a terrible day. Had a flat on the way home. After waiting 2 hours for a tow, Mavis stayed open and really helped me out. I’m so thankful for these guys and plan to be back but maybe not for a little while lol.

  Hands down the BEST experience. Shout out to Austin and Josh!! Mavis provided quality care and service. I came there due to a flat, Austin informed me that I needed an alignment and showed me the state of the other tires. Mavis is reasonably priced and the customer service is FIVE STARS!!!

  Every time I’ve come to this location, the service is impeccable! The staff is always courteous, informative and helpful. I’ve been here for 2 separate tires and they’ve taken care of everything quickly! Thanks you guys for being a better part of Royse City!

  $100.00 for Oil Change .Total bait and switch.Was told $87.00 minus a $20.00 coupon.Get the bill $100.00 !! They add on labor and fees of more than $30.00. Do not give them your business.Get a TOTAL BILL cost before you have any service done.I would get them zero stars if I could. Just lost a customer.

  Great first experience. I put a lift on my truck and desperately needed an alignment. I called the number online and scheduled an alignment for 3 at a different location… come to find out that the location I booked at alignment rack was down. They were able to get me in at the Royse City location. They stayed an got after closing to get me taken care of. Manager and techs were great and professional.
