  I went there because it was close to where I was and had good reviews. I was so surprised when they said 106.00 for oil change. I was not happy person. The guy started telling me that he had given me a 20% discount and how great of a job they do. As I was walking to my truck to get keys, I asked the guy if he checked the water, which he had not, but he put it in after asking. I asked him if he checked the other fluids, and he said no, that they usually don't. It took over an hour. Man. I will never go there again

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have put up with just about anything when I realized I had a nail in my tire so late in the evening and work first thing in the morning. Lucky for me, Mavis was right down the road and open until 8:30. The place was clean and organized and well lit. The staff was so helpful and made sure that there were no surprises when the bill came due. I will definitely be back.

  Mavis offers free air. The machine is outside the building. Good to know. I came in for a wheel alignment and balancing. I hit some pretty big potholes during the rain.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires! Christian and Josh were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, so I really appreciated how welcoming and honest they were. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Christian and josh to anyone who needs tires or automotive service!

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Joshua and the team at this new location. We brought our 2015 Jeep Patriot in for an oil change after being WAY overdue for one. They used our coupon, got us taken care of quickly, and did a thorough inspection of the vehicle while they had it. They checked everything from the brake life and tires to the fluids and gave us an honest assessment of the vehicle. Not long afterward, we had an unexpected issue with our Jeep and were understandably worried about what was going on. I called the store, and Joshua happened to answer the phone. He immediately told us to bring it in so he could take a look. After checking it out, he initially thought it might be a spark plug, but further diagnosis showed that it was actually a sensor that had failed. It was simply an unfortunate coincidence, completely unrelated to the service we had just received. Joshua took the time to figure it out and get us taken care of, and he treated us with such kindness and honesty throughout the entire situation. What impressed me most was that he never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. He didn't try to scare us, sell us things we didn't need, or turn a stressful situation into a huge repair bill. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us get our vehicle back in good shape. He even drives the same type of vehicle, which made us feel like we were talking to someone who truly understood what we were dealing with. We've all heard the stories about automotive shops making you feel like every little thing is going to cost you a fortune. This experience was completely different. Joshua gave us the confidence that we were being treated fairly, and that meant so much to us. For a brand-new location in Royse City, having someone like Joshua running the store is a huge asset. He represents the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back and recommend a business to their friends and family. Thank you, Joshua, for taking care of us during a stressful situation and for treating us with such genuine kindness, honesty, and professionalism. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be back. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
