  Took my wife’s 2024 VW Tiguan there to confirm a suspected problem with a wheel speed sensor. Cassie was more than helpful! She hooked their scanner to the obd2 port and confirmed which wheel was having the issue. She even provided me a printout with the trouble codes. Unfortunately, Autozone does not carry the part (currently only available from dealer) bcuz I would have loved to give the store my business over VW! I am a frequent customer of this store for many other car care needs and have always had a pleasant experience. 👍🏻

  Went by for a battery. Blessed with the assistance of Paxton. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Installed the battery and also put the air filter in that i purchased. Awesome experience...

  Rodney helped me out with an emergency battery replacement. He gave some good recommendations, came out and replaced it pretty quickly, and even explained the whole process to me while I was standing out there with him. Respectful, professional, and quick service. I’ll be back because of Rodney!

  Sheriff told me my brake light was out yesterday. Went to the Fate AutoZone location this morning and the man who was helping me said none of my lights were out. Stopped by this location and explained what was going on to Mark. He came out and not only looked at my brake lights, he checked all of my lights to make sure they were working properly. He found the brake lights that was out, found a replacement bulb, and reinstalled the working bulb. He then made sure it was working. Overall great service at this location. I will be back to this location when I need more parts. Mark provided true customer service with a joyful attitude.
