  Firstly, I want to mention not all employees at this location are bad, namely DJ was great when I saw him. but the ones that are bad, truly stand out. I have been here a handful of times to get my oil changed. Great, the price is modest, what could go wrong. Not only do they try and up sell you, but they also try and upsell stuff you wouldn't even think to be asked at a place known for oil changes and fluid maintenance. They took off my clamps to my battery to supposedly measure the output, but not only did they say my battery would go out within the matter of weeks, this was two years ago on the same battery. Either incompetence or deceit, one or both, completely unacceptable. Now, at this point I might sound harsh, but afterwards (of course I did not purchase their battery) I went to work. After work, I go to start my car and not even a flinch. I look under the hood and the clamp not only to one side but for both were very loose (negative connection was barely even on). Incredibly dangerous and reckless. I would never come back here and have happily changed my oil on my own ever since. Incompetence at its finest.

  This place is phenomenal! The 3 gentlemen that work here are fantastic. Went in for an oil change, and left with a car that ran better than it did when I got there. They were very thorough, didn't try to up sale me, they were straightforward, and they didn't mess around when it came to getting the job done. Took all of about 40 minutes for an oil change and a transmission flush( which my car needed bad). Prices are great as well. Did I mention how awesome the crew is? Thanks yall! 💯 recommend!

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am writing this review based on my sister’s experience at this location, which has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. She went in for a battery replacement on her 2023 Lexus ES 350. Technician Dylan Colbert changed the battery without a working battery memory saver and did not inform her beforehand. The very next day, she noticed that certain features were no longer working properly. When she returned to the location, Dylan admitted that the memory saver had not been working when he replaced the battery. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, he suggested that she *Google how to fix it*. That response alone was completely unacceptable. Dylan then contacted his manager, Tate, by phone, and during that conversation their responsibility for what happened was acknowledged. Since then, however, my sister has gotten nothing but the runaround. What makes the situation even worse is that Dylan, the technician involved in the original battery replacement, has continued inserting himself into the communication process. There have also been discrepancies between what my sister was told and what has apparently been communicated to Valvoline Customer Care. At this point, it is extremely concerning that no one from regional management has reached out to her directly to address this situation and work toward a resolution. She went to Valvoline for a routine battery replacement and has been dealing with problems ever since. We are posting this review in hopes that someone in upper management or regional leadership will finally see it and step in. My sister has given this location multiple opportunities to make this right. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend allowing Dylan to perform a battery replacement on your vehicle. The lack of accountability, conflicting information, and the this situation has been handled have completely destroyed our trust in this location.

  This Valvoline location is my favorite! The technicians are always thorough, polite, and fast . Dylan and Charl helped me today and they did a great job! Dylan was very enthusiastic and you can tell his passion and see the leadership he has with his team. Despite the 113 degree weather the crew worked great as a team, had great attitude and provided great customer service doing all the safety checks. Dylan was also very knowledgeable about all the maintenance packages Valvoline offers for the recommended mileage of the vehicle it was great to see a young person taking care and interest in their work and performance that’s something rare to find these days. Great job Dylan he also took care with his appearance having his hair and uniform in great condition you can tell the pride he takes in his work.

  Service was fast. They guys were cheerful, polite, and had manners. Even though it was very hot and close time for them to clock out, they did the job correctly and with grace. Give those hard working young men a pay raise. 😊
