  I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes getting my brakes and rotors replaced. Huge shoutouts to Esha, Anthony, Matt, and Whitney for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and communicative. They made sure the job was done right, done quickly, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find an auto shop where the entire staff is this helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

  I want to give praise to Whitney, Ken, Mike. I had a tire issue leaking air rapidly. A matter of minutes showing up they had me in fixed and out the door. Very knowledgeable polite answered all my questions.I will most definitely use their services in the future.

  I came in there today with a unique problem and Esha was more than eager to help me and be accommodating in a way that was really meaningful. They took care of the problem immediately and got me out of there in an impressive time frame. All the other texts and Personnel that I spoke with throughout this or very friendly and warm and it was a much needed breath of fresh air. I didn't expect to go to Mavis today and receive such a good experience so it is a privilege to leave a review saying that truth out loud.

  I went to Mavis in Rowlett because one of my tires was leaking air and I was prepared to buy a new tire. Whitney took the time to have the tire checked first and recommended a patch instead which ended up fixing the problem and saving me a lot of money. Whitney was Friendly, professional and honest, and I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for the Repair. Excellent customer service!
