  This place is a joke, brought my car in multiple times and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Bought new tires from here and had to get one replaced but the warranty doesn't cover balancing a new tire and had to pay for that. and don't get me started on the girl at the desk Esha's attitude. She did not seem like she wanted to be at work and was on her personal phone the whole time. Don't waste your time, money, or energy. You will just leave here upset and out of money.

  Scheduled an online appointment for new tire deal. Anthony, Mgr, got me in early and Anthony knocked out the tire install in a flash. Not familiar with Mavis before this appointment but was glad I did make an appointment. Enjoyed the experience and the product.

  I was hesitant to come to MAVIS since they have changed from NTB, but ESHA was awesome to work with! She provided explanations of everything that they were doing along with recommendations. The crew is awesome as well. I will definitely be back!!!

  Price is way too high for mount and balance. $44 to m&b a 18” wheel. Plus they don’t even torque the wheels down and just threw on some old ass valve stem caps. It’s one thing to charge this amount and have outstanding service but you guys need to lower these prices down tremendously.

  The service I received today was above and beyond anything that I could have possibly expected. The wait time was very minimal to almost none, and I was in and out with brand new tires in no time. Anthony was very attentive and caring. He provided “outstanding” customer service today. I have worked in a customer service role for over 40 years and I know what “excellent”customer service looks like. Anthony provided that to me, and he made me feel very special as a customer. I am fortunate to have him work on my car today. Having said that, I recommend him as your service provider. Ms. Vickie
