Felicia provided excellent customer service. She was extremely patient, professional, and friendly, even while handling multiple customers at the counter. She remained calm and attentive under pressure and made sure everyone felt taken care of. She’s a great representative of Enterprise and deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

This was the easiest and best car rental pick up experience I've ever had! Floyd, Felecia, and Jarvis were the best. Highly recommend this location!

I have a rental that is having mechanical problems. The Enterprise that I rented it from does not have any cars for me to change it out with. This store does have cars available but told me he had to keep them for rentals. I had a friend call and they could rent him a car. So they just wanted to keep the ones they had to rent instead of helping a customer that had a problem with a vehicle. Shady! Shady!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jarvis and Bobby, they were wonderful! At the time I went there for my rental car, they were packed. These gentlemen were professional, friendly and never showed they were stressed. My rental car was clean and dependable. Overall it was the best experience! These young men deserve a raise in my opinion!
