  Steven was excellent with my experience. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for 11:30 this morning to have my brakes looked at. I had a doctor's appointment at 10:00 and was running behind. While in the doctor's appointment Steven called me to verify that I was so coming or if I needed to reschedule. After the doctor's appointment I called Steven to verify that I was in route to him and he said come on in and we'll look at your vehicle and make sure we take care of your brakes. When I got there Steven looked at my car showed me exactly what was going on with the back brakes how they're supposed to look how mine looked. And we proceeded to go ahead and get the back brakes done. Steven works with me financially in order so that I wouldn't break the bank. He is an excellent customer service representative. He was very gentle and kind when he spoke with me. And even though the weight was a little longer than what I had planned, he made the work the worth work well thank you Stephen for a great experience with brakes Plus first time in the store at the Rowlett location thank you. Ps. Steven even gave me coupons to use at a later date.

  It wasn't my first time here, but yesterday I brought my vehicle in for an issue that was pointed out to me by another service. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered and spent most of the day doing the repair. The waiting area is small but comfortable and the staff are helpful and welcoming- a good vibe all around. They were very thorough, priced decently, and very kind and professional. By the time I left I practically felt like family!

  Called to check on service availability because the shop I normally frequent was not available for a few days Not only was their inspection and diagnostic FREE, they stayed open past their normal hours to service my car ! No three day wait while driving to and from downtown Dallas each day with bad brakes . The technicians were professional and respectful and prices were posted on the wall -no big surprises . Best auto repair and service I’ve received in years -THANK YOU STEVE AND DON ! I will return .

  Steven and Alex were amazing. I arrived at 5:30pm and was out by 6:15pm. They took great care of me and got me in and out fixed my Tahoe. Recommend this place for an any car work. They take care of you.

  Had the opportunity to use Breaks Plus Rowlett, to service my vehicle, Steven G the Store Manager took great care of my vehicle during the visit. He got my vehicle in for the inspection right away, even though they were busy, after the inspection he took me inside the work bay, so I could see what the issue was first hand. Because he knew the repairs would take a little while, the business provided a ride via Lyft to my house, after a few hours Steven G called to inform me that my repairs would take a little longer than expected, and that they would be keeping it over night. The next morning they called to inform me that the work was complete and ordered a Lyft from my house to Breaks Plus for me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he went over the repairs again to ensure I understood what they did. As an added bonus, Breaks Plus gave me a military discount, that reduced my bill by a couple hundred dollars. All in all, I'd say that I was more than pleased with the service I received. I'm glad that I no longer have to listen to the "Que, Que, Que, sound as I'm driving down the road. Remember sound effects are free...............
