  Angelo was horrible. My family has come here for a long time and quickly this has become one of the most shady shops my family has been to. He just tries to scare you into buying things you don’t need then takes forever to give you back your car. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here.

  I was told the wait time would be about 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting around 2 hours before they even started working on my car. In total, it took over 3 hours to get my car back. On top of the long wait, I was charged over $900 for brake service on all four brakes, which was much more than I expected. The long wait and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I will never go back to Brakes Plus and would not recommend them based on my experience.

  My BMW announced new brake pads are needed. Brakes Plus inspected the brake pads and found all in near new condition, they said all that was needed was a computer reset. I had bought the car used a few months ago and apparently the last shop forgot to reset the computer after changing the pads. I appreciate Angelo and Devlin at Brakes Plus for being honest and charging only a small computer fee rather than replacing all brake pads, which I am sure many other shops would have done to make more money. I will definitely be coming back here.

  I brought my car to this location for a full wheel alignment after replacing all four struts, lower control arms, outer tie rods, and sway bar links. Unfortunately, the service was incomplete and highly unprofessional.The Issues:🔴 Incomplete Work: The technician only adjusted the front left wheel and completely ignored the other three wheels.🔴 Crooked Steering Wheel: I explicitly asked the mechanic to fix my off-center steering wheel before he started. He dismissed my request, and the steering wheel remains crooked after driving home.🔴 Poor Customer Service: The alignment technician was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and dismissive when I tried to explain the vehicle's history.🔴 Subpar Management: Upon checkout, they brushed off my concerns by claiming the front toe was "close enough" to tolerance.This location has gone downhill under the new manager, Angelo. The previous team at this store was significantly more polite, professional, and experienced. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location under its current leadership.

  I went to have my alternator repaired and they called and told me my radiator was broken. I had no issues with my cars temp or the radiator before. When I got my car back the check engine light was on and upon further inspection spection we found they completely left my fan sensor disconnected that was connected to the radiator and if I hadn’t found this it would’ve made me need to replace it. I can’t know or prove it was intentional but the negligence of this is insane. If I’m taking my car to a professional shop it shouldn’t be leaving with these petty mistakes that could cost people money in this kind of economy. Take caution if you bring your car here for work and get a second opinion and check if you have work done - update, my radiator is now messed up and so they’ve damaged my only vehicle please do not have your car serviced here.
