    Blake provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. He went above and beyond to help us replace the battery in our car, and his patience and professionalism never wavered throughout the entire process. He never complained, even when the job took longer than expected, and he treated us with genuine kindness and respect from start to finish. It's rare to come across someone who truly cares about helping customers, but Blake is one of those people. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like him.     JT is a great guy!! Help me with positive battery hook up . The bolt and nut was turned the wrong way and he reversed it and now you can tighten the nut without the battery being in the way.

    Unprofessionalism on display today by Autozone employee. Throughout entire transaction, employee Mike M was talking out loud on his phone via ear bud, using profanity while discussing drama within his family. Nobody wants to hear about people’s BS Drama, especially at a place of business! Management needs to remind Mike M about not using cell phone on company time. He made Autozone look like clowns today…

    My battery on my car was on its last leg. Even died while i had an oil change. Long story short, Blake was the one that helped me when I took my car to get the battery replacement. He even helped me replace it. Unfortunately due to how they had the battery was set up from the manufacturer it took longer to change and some parts of the battery holder fell. I think his name is Mike who also assited on fishing the hook out. They were both really helpful and professional. I think I'll be back next time for future purchases etc. I could go into full detail but it will be too much to read but feel free to go there instead and experience for yourself.
