  5 stars – Trey went above and beyond!!! I stopped in because my car had a delayed start and wanted to run the diagnostic. Another employee read off the codes but didn't explain what they meant. Trey stepped in, printed out the results, and actually walked me through what everything meant. He then suggested checking my battery, since that can cause a delayed start — and sure enough, that was the problem. He explained my options clearly, printed out the battery choices available in store, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I came back later to buy the battery, and Trey walked me through the differences between options so I could make an informed choice. He installed it in about 5 minutes (he'd quoted 10 or less). He even helped me carefully pack up my old battery in a bag and box so I could take it to get my warranty refund without spilling acid in my car. On top of all that, he had the calmest, kindest demeanor the entire time — patient, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable, never once making me feel like a bother. Ask for Trey if you want someone who's not just skilled but truly calm and kind under pressure. Huge asset to this store.

  Mario and Ruben - store #01552 - want to give them their flowers! I bought a windshield wiper and AA air cabin filter, both were installed by Mario! I love Auto Zone! The customer service always beyond what they’re called to do. Very friendly, helpful and Ruben even cracked a couple of jokes! lol. Thank you for job well done!!

  Went by this store on today. Needed a few things. Had decent service in the past. But, today it must have been a full moon. Four people near a register. Not one said may I help you. Not Even the employee that was leaving as I was coming through the store spoke. Worst service 😒 ever. I deleted their app from my phone. Refuse helping me 😤. I Refuse spending my money. 😠 Duces ✌️

  Had a flat tire and pulled into Auto Zone parking lot. Needed help loosening the luggage nuts because I am a 66 year old grandma. I walked into Auto Zone and when I asked for help I was told by the manager they could not help me. He said they were short on help. There were 4 guys working. I will never do business with this Auto Zone again. I spent 3 hours in their parking lot waiting for help to arrive. All I needed was the lug nuts loosened.

  Bought air/cabin filters for 3 vehicles, but husband had trouble changing the air filter for the truck, and thought it was wrong filter. The store manager David Brogan volunteered to help put it in; something he didn’t have to do. We really appreciated his doing that. David, YOU ROCK! Thank you!
