  Horrible wait time and very poor management. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes just for an oil change. From what I observed, there was only one person handling three cars, which caused major delays. I was literally the last one to leave. Would not recommend this location if you don’t want to wait for hours, especially in this heat.

  They went beyond my expectations and were really friendly, knowledgeable, and the wait was not long!! I will definitely come back when my next oil change.. thank you valvoline..

  When entering the bay, the person directing me was not paying attention. He’s just going through the motions, so I hit the brick wall and made some damage on the side of my pick up. He should’ve noticed it when it hit the back door handle. My mirrors were folded in, so I couldn’t tell. It was all up to that person. After the incident happened, I got everything corrected and got in the bay straight he disappeared. He didn’t even apologize. He didn’t even have dialogue. I even said it was my fault not trying to sue or get money for the damage. That guy should be reprimanded. I probably will never come back to that location again. I will say that the gentleman that serviced my vehicle after the incident was extremely knowledgeable. Extremely kind did his job and got me on my way. After sending the photos and thinking about the incident, he probably should’ve noticed when it touched the back door handle, not 5 feet later when it was too late

  Another company lost to private investors. Never have I been asked to pay for a service before services were rendered. Our fleet will not be back after today. After checking their work today, had them change oil yesterday, oil is leaking around their filter! Awful job! The guy that changed the oil and filter seemed to be under the influence leaning all over the computer and all over my vehicle! The other tech, which seemed to be a teenage female, had 0 clue of what to do and taking instructions from another employee that tried to force me to pay before they finished the job! What's going on with this location!?!? Apon returning today, I'm greeted with "thats normal blow off from when we replaced the filter." "We don't have cleaning supplies to clean up our oil messes, company policy." Aling with using my vehicle as a leaning post by all employees, leaving grease smear marks all over the paint! If you value your vehicle and your vehicles health STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED LOCATION. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHAT SO EVER AND DOWN RIGHT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The excuse for everything is "company policy."...... My fleet will never return to this location.
