⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed! Unprofessional and Careless Service! I took my car in for an oil change on October 8, 2026, and paid $178.96. The very next day, I noticed oil drops underneath my car. When I opened the hood to investigate, I discovered that the oil filler cap had been installed incorrectly. It was sitting crooked and was not properly secured, causing oil to leak out. This is completely unacceptable! Something as basic as properly tightening an oil cap should never be overlooked, especially by professionals charging customers nearly $180 for a service. This level of carelessness shows a serious lack of respect for customers, their vehicles, and their hard-earned money. A simple mistake like this could potentially lead to serious engine damage and expensive repairs. I paid $178.96 expecting professional service, not negligence that puts my engine at risk! I have photos documenting the issue. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle.

After going to one Jiffy Lube and being sent to their sister station (which also couldn’t perform an emissions test) my husband and I called Valvoline at this location. They assured us they could get us tested and back on the road in no time. Upon arrival, Edmundo A. delivered on that promise! Thank you for the quick, hassle-free service and for saving the day.

I went Valvoline to get a battery for my truck and an oil change. Everybody I interacted with there was friendly, happy and helpful. And that’s pretty amazing for a garage where they’re standing in the 100 degree heat. Additionally, I wasn’t aware that Valvoline also did Vehicle batteries. So prior to going there, I had called two other places that did batteries. The two other places that I contacted wanted $100 more for the battery and an additional high charge to install it. So, with the lower battery price at Valvoline it was like getting a free oil change. Y’all are amazing!
