My last visit to the RR location I was told I had to use a certain type of oil that would cost me $163 for the change witch was funny because they did my last oil change and it was $51 so I get my receipt and show the guy He says ok walks away talkin shit to his coworker and then comes back to tell me there's coolant in my oil and that this indicates a blown head gasket. He tells me they'll do the oil change with the oil I want but my engine is done so what's the point. I didn't do the change and Luckily I know a great HONEST mechanic so i went to see him. There was nothing wrong with my car at all. I should send Strickland the bill from him but instead my family and I will no longer go there and I hope this review saves other people some time and to go somewhere where your appreciated not tolerated. Especially when it comes to your vehicle.
