    Don’t rent a truck from Penske. I was given a truck with worn out tire on both rare side inside tire and on my way one of them blew up on IH 10. Also the tire with the good tread are all recapped. After reply I did call the number few times as mentioned in the reply below from Penske right away I got the reply from them but no one responded.

    Total bait and switch. They didn't have the truck we ordered and tried to get us to take a different one. Then he wouldn't rent me the truck without an extra 60 bucks of insurance. We went to another penske location and they do not require you to take their insurance. So he lied, never apologized for not having what we reserved. The entire time we were there another employee was complaining loudly about some other employees. Rude, incompetent thieves
