  Adrian and Alonzo have great customer service skills, as you are greeted very professionally upon arrival.The mechanics are communicative about services performed, therefore making the experience at Mavis delightful, trustworthy and smooth.

  Adrian, the manager, and Erik and Eli, working in the shop, I was in and out in under a hour with 4 brand new tires, they stayed open til almost 9pm to get me taken care of (30 min after close), they are doing an OUTSTANDING job running that location, Adrian has top tier customer service, so good at talking to people as well as Erik for such a young guy was A VERY VERY impressive employee, and between him, Adrian and Eli. I felt like I was In great hands, and I was. I didnt realize I could enjoy getting my tires swapped so much, I will most definitely be back to this location, I had yet to find a place with such great hospitality and quality of service. Definitely a 5 star location.

  I believe her name is Adrian? Store Manger, She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my situation with my vehicle. The employees doing the work were amazing as well. They were open and answered all my questions. Very competitive in tire prices, as well as brakes. I would recommend this place!!

  I highly recommend Mavis! Alando and his team of mechanics took excellent care of my vehicle. They replaced my brakes and installed four brand-new tires, all at a price that simply couldn't be beat. The entire team was professional, honest, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly, and made sure my car was safe and ready to go. It's hard to find a shop that provides both quality workmanship and fair pricing, but Mavis delivered on both.   Same location, new ownership and a great Manager. Orlando came out to greet me and informed me that they were backed up due to a prior accident. I simply said I’ll drop it off and have it to me before end of business. True to his word he got my tires replaced on a Sunday of all days and the price was exactly what I ordered online. I’d book your appointment time online to get the best price and no surprises. I’d recommend these guys to anyone look for a great value and excellent service!
