I had the Mansfield Texas store do this work in October 8, 2026. Today, October 12, 2026 I drove my vehicle from Midlothian to Austin. The vehicle developed a shimmy in the steering wheel at 65 mph. I took the vehicle to the Round Rock store to see if they could diagnose. They found all 4 wheels were weighted incorrectly and the weights from my previous tires were not removed. Shame on you Mansfield! Thank you Alonzo and the Round Rock techs for fixing this issue immediately with no waiting.

Thank you to Roy and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Round Rock, Tx for taking care of all of my tire repair needs!!!! I caught a flat tire out of no where and they were able to get me in same day for a repair and the price was very good and affordable for an unexpected inconvenience and out of pocket expense. I thought I just needed a tire replacement but after their thorough inspection, they identified a slow leak on another tire of mine and were able to repair it under $50! 10/10 Recommend for all of your tires and brakes needs’

Getting a flat tire is no fun, especially on the weekend, and finding someone with reasonable prices can be difficult. I went to this place because I was given a reasonable price over the phone. But after they put on my tire, I was charged more than quoted. The person who took my call said they would call me back, but never did. I'm not saying the customer service was bad, but don't trust the price you’re given over the phone.

Huge thank you to Roy and the whole team at Marvin Tires & Brakes. Roy was the one who helped me, and everyone there was super cool, respectful, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to point out exactly what was wrong with my car, gave me a really good deal on my tires, and even let me borrow a phone charger because I live pretty far away and my battery was almost dead. The mechanics personally talked to me and showed me everything they found, so I could actually see and understand what was wrong with my car instead of just being told I needed repairs. They also did a free inspection to help figure out what was going on with the car, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about everything. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Really appreciate Roy, the mechanics, and everyone else at the shop for taking care of me. Great customer service, honest people, good prices, and an overall great experience. Definitely recommend them. Lowk a good shop to come and get your vic worked on 🔥🫡

⭐ 1 Star I have been coming to this location for many years, and this was by far the most disappointing customer service experience I have had here. Although the work itself was completed to my satisfaction, my interaction with Adrian was completely unacceptable. His demeanor was rude, dismissive, and incredibly disrespectful. There is simply no reason for a longtime, paying customer to be treated this way. Quality work does not excuse poor customer service. Professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect should be expected from anyone interacting with customers. I am asking management to please review this situation directly with Adrian and take appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully going forward. I would also appreciate a response from management acknowledging this concern and explaining how it will be addressed. After many years of coming to this location, I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that another customer does not have the same experience.
