  Working with John was the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had, funny and honest and gave a great price for rotor/pad replacement, serpentine belt, and a few other things. It made a big difference working with the owner instead of just some random manager. Drove 20 extra minutes to come here instead of going to Firestone, worth it! Was referred by a friend and now I see why.

  John and the team are excellent. I have a 1999 Miata that has been endless trouble since I purchased it. I brought it to three separate shops in the Austin area and even shipped it to Amarillo and none of them were able to fix the problem. John and his main mechanic (fellow Aggie) were able to diagnose the issue from a verbal explanation alone (confirmed with testing of course.) The car was fixed and ready to drive in 2-days for a fair price. I can’t recommend them enough. They earned a lifelong customer.

  This is establishment is qualified, efficient, and affective. When the owner answers the phone, shakes your hand, and treats you like family, you have no reason to have more than one shop. Prices are always what I anticipate, I feel very comfortable leaving decisions in their hands, as they have my best interests in mind.

  Highly recommend! I really wish I found them sooner - they are recommended on Round Rock Reddit threads. They are family owned and use high quality OEM parts and very reasonably priced. I have been burned by many repair shops in Austin area and finally feel relief there's a place I can trust. I did major 100K service with them - reasonably priced (instead of at the dealership), they diagnosed a "tootin' sound and found a safety error from when I had replaced my control arms with another auto shop specializing in "imports" and addressed both free of charge. They even followed up weeks later to make sure car was doing fine. It's hard to find: 1) Import car specialist 2) family owned 3) Willing to listen & not upsell anything 4) quality parts 5) reasonably priced. I have been burned by mobile brake service, dealership, import auto shop, and a brakes plus shop. So I know a good shop based on those bad experiences and have hope I may be able to drive my acura for another 50,000 miles!
