- DCDelbert CunninghamJul 26, 20263.0I feel like there is no need to say this. But, I will do it anyway. I have tried to get fuel at various locations and every time the pumps are always full. You end up driving in circles for five minute's or so just to get a spot in line. HEB is fully aware of this issue and does nothing to change it. I have gotten to the point of just paying more for gas so I dont have to deal with the insanity. HEB, DO BETTER
