  I don't have a complaint on the staff by no means. They were wonderful, super polite, they tried to be as accommodating as possible but shame on the upper management. They need to step in and help their staff! Those poor people have been busting their tales in this Texas heat 🥵 🔥 with very little relief indoors due to a poor ac unit that barely cools the place. Not even an awning where they pull up the cars to get some relief from all the elements. Not to mention sitting next to the ac vent and you sneeze your head off and your nose stops up so bad bc there is black mold around it and on the inside and I wish I had pictures but there were so many people in there, I didn't want to cause a scene. I'm just very disappointed in the overhead. Also the amount of customers sitting on the floor of standing at those little tables for hours is beyond ridiculous. Yall are the top car rentals, why the shabby accommodations? It's embarrassing to be honest. People spend so much money with yall and this is how you guys treat your staff and provide for your customers? Please on behalf of all your wonderful staff members and customers, do better!

  2 staffs and more then 40 people jammed in the lobby, phone never work, advice not to come here because u will be waiting here for hours for ur car and remember to fuel your pump upon returning because they gonna charge more then your think!

  I have come to this location more than once; the customer service ladies (mainly the branch manager) in the front are usually not friendliest, lines are long due to most of them standing around talking, and they will make more reservations than cars available so customers are usually standing around for long periods of time. For these reasons, I will always have a backup plan with another rental car company. This time was no different, the line wasn't long, but the customer service ladies remained true to form. I was ready to walk out and go to Avis, but service guy Aaron went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. This will be the final lesson learned from this place, but so thankful Aaron was there this time. Attitude reflects leadership!!!

  I am a CNA in TRAVIS AND WILLIAMSON counties, l had experience someone CRASHING my vehicle while it was parked. ENTERPRISE had a vehicle ready right away, very nice maintained it, clean, in excellent conditions; CSR DAVID DIAZ JR presented the vehicle very professional, answered all my questions, offered the best services for me to make sure the vehicle is well covered and protected ones outside the facility and l received it and used it feeling very confident. Today I returned the vehicle, my entire experience was PERFECT while using it, and CSR DAVID DIAZ JR recognized me and offered to take care of me asap and he did just so and in a very FINE way and manners.   I went to this Enterprise location to pick up a rental car and had to wait more than 40 minutes. Once they finally brought the vehicle around, they realized it needed to be exchanged for another one, which resulted in an additional 20-minute wait. Altogether, I waited about an hour for a reservation that had already been confirmed. After leaving, I noticed that the oil warning light was on and the tires were low on air. I had to stop during my trip to put air in the tires myself. When I returned from my business trip, I could barely pull into the driveway because of how crowded the location was. I then waited in line for another 20 minutes. An employee asked me to move the vehicle farther into the parking lot, even though it was already parked inside the lot. He argued with me about moving it, and I was expected to give up my place in line and start over again afterward. The customer service was so frustrating that I eventually left the keys on the counter and walked out. I would not recommend this location. The staff was rude, extremely slow, and appeared overwhelmed. Management seemed to remain in the back while the employees struggled to handle the customers and daily operations.
