- SWStephanie WoodSep 18, 20265.0I've taken my cars into Dave's Round Rock for the past couple of years and have always received great service. Recently, we took my father's truck to them to have the starter replaced after being told by the auto parts store it was bad as well as the battery. They tested it a few times and called me back to say there was nothing wrong with the starter - it was just the battery - which saved me about $1500. And they didn't even charge me for their assessment time. The guys at Dave's have restored my faith in honesty and integrity!! I truly appreciate the work you do and the welcoming environment you provide. Kudos to Jason for being a fellow Texas Hockey fan as well!
- RARaj AraliSep 8, 20265.0I had a great experience with Dave’s Ultimate Automotive in Round Rock. The team was professional, thorough, transparent, and very easy to work with. A special thank you to Jason, my service advisor, for making the entire process smooth and clearly explaining everything, and to Chris Steinbomer, the technician, for the careful inspection, detailed findings, and documentation. I also had my tires replaced there, and the issue I was experiencing with my car was resolved afterward, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient as well, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby while you wait. Overall, excellent service, clear communication, and a very professional team. I would definitely recommend Dave’s Ultimate Automotive and will be comfortable bringing my vehicles here again.
