- JRJason RichardsAug 3, 20265.0I had originally went to another repair shop for an estimate for an oil leak on my 2016 F150. I about had a heart attack when I received the estimate and the process. When I called them, the shop told me they had to use an outdated repair method to fix the pan leak when I knew there was an update. I called two other shops, one being Dave's. Dave's new customer discount and quote OVER THE PHONE (bonus) which allowed us to talk through the process, sold me. The repair was almost half the original estimate and the work followed the TSB requirement I knew was current. When I picked up, it was found that the leak not in the pan required additional parts not identified on the quote and Jason took the hit and didn't add it to the bill. Honoring the original quote, providing up to date repair requirements and accountability earned this repair shop a five star rating
