  The first time i went here was amazing! They were attentive and quick and helped me out after a Jiffy Lube fiasco. The second time, i called them on my way to work as i had dinged my side mirror. It looked fixable to me so i called them to see if they could. They said absolutely. I get there, they take my car. They call me about 5 hours later saying they can fix it but they need to order the part and i “broke it pretty good” so they’d need THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO ORDER IT WITH A 2 WEEK SLA. I get back there to pick up my car after finding the same mirror for $150 and they said they couldn’t install a used part. Cool i get it. I go home, and my boyfriend literally snaps the mirror back into place in a total of maybe 5 minutes. Will NEVER be back here. Super disappointing. Thanks for the power steering fluid though.

  They fixed the problems I went in for. 3 days later, all the sudden my ac is blowing hot air. I called to ask if maybe the mechanic could have bumped something during the diagnostic evaluation of the entire car (note, my ac checked out good in the diagnostic evaluation). I was told I could bring my car in for them to take a look at the ac. They denied they could have made a mistake and accidentally done something to my ac. I wanted to like these guys, but won’t be back. What has happened is too much of a coincidence.

  Very happy with this place, excellent communication, great atmosphere, & they pay attention to detail. I even got a loaner while they fixed my car! Will be back

  I had my car serviced recently and had a great experience. Once they diagnosed the problem, they advised me they needed to order the part and wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until the next day and offered me a loaner vehicle. I had regular maintenance done plus needed to replace a defective sensor (part of transmission) and had a brake light come on. They were honest about the brake light (related to parking brake) and gave me a list of other maintenance that I may want to get in the near future. No hassles! Being a single woman and not knowing a lot about auto maintenance, I appreciate having someone I can trust working on my car. Jason and the rest of the team were awesome!
