  I needed a brake flush. I Googled places near me and found Brakes Plus on 620 in Round Rock, Tx. I appreciated that they offered online appts through the site. It was easy and confirmation and communication was instant. They sent a couple of reminders which was helpful and also emailed me a coupon specific to a brake flush. When I arrived I was greeted by a kind employee who checked me in. He let me know the price and how long it would take. He also said they’d do a full vehicle and brake inspection. Almost immediately, they pulled my car in the bay. They already had several vehicles being worked on so I was surprised. Sitting here now, I bet they exceed the time they said it would take and I’ll be back on the road soon! While waiting in the lobby, several customers came in after me. Each were treated very professionally. It’s a calm environment. As a lady, I feel safe and comfortable waiting in the lobby. Also, just wanted to say that a brake flush is only $99 and they give you $5 off for the coupon. I think that’s a fair deal. If there are any updates after I post this review, I’ll add to the experience but so far, it’s been great!

  Great shop for service needs! I found a shop that was willing to do what the customer asks and they do a great job of explaining to the customer what they recommend but unlike other shops I’ve been too it’s never to upsell you more services you don’t even need.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a possum get into my vehicle, and unfortunately, it damaged the fan. I took my vehicle to Brakes Plus, and I could not have been more impressed with the amazing staff and the service I received! The young team of men who helped me were extremely friendly, professional, respectful, service oriented and accommodating. They even arranged and paid for a Lyft to take me to work while they worked on my vehicle, which was not only incredibly thoughtful, but very helpful. They had my vehicle repaired by the end of the day, as promised. They even took me out back and showed me the broken fan and explained what had happened. I truly appreciated them taking the time to show me the problem rather than just telling me what was wrong. My vehicle is running smoother than it did before the possum incident! I am very impressed with this team and the way they treated me. It is wonderful to see such a respectful, professional group of young men w integrity, providing this kind of service to our community. I would highly recommend Brakes Plus on RR 620 to anyone who needs honest, professional, and dependable automotive service. They even gave me w a discount for being a member of the medical community. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me and my vehicle! ❤️
