- TGTyler GermanyMay 7, 20261.0Trash! Kid with the glasses straight up LIED to me about his inventory, to try and make me buy a battery triple the price of what I actually needed. Then he LIED again and sold me some 11mm nuts that he said would 100% work when I really needed 10mm. If you go to this place, avoid the skinny kid with glasses. He’s a liar allllll the way around.

(One employee has been there since Dat 1!) Prices are competitive and parts are either there or at a nearby store and can be transferred. Many auto parts stores have opened in RR since this one did. I drive past them to go to this particular AutoZone.
- KDKadasia DuirdenMar 20, 20261.0I walked in with my child zero greeting , my mom walked in 4 minutes after me no greeting , my neighbor a white man walks in after me acceptional greeting . The exact greeting " Goodmorning , I can only say that for 3 more minutes now " with a smile and laugh . I stayed in the store looking for what was shown online never found it . I was watched through the store but never once offered help . Not when my daughter ran or started to cry when you can clearly see I'm in need a help for a item so I can just get out of the store . It's 4 employees standing around and one at the end of the isle I'm in not asking if I need help but just watching . Soon just grabbing whatever and checking out I ask for the complaint number and was given the wrong number as well , good thing the receipt has this to complaint too . Poor customer service and hopefully an ORiley or something else is built near my house soon so I never have to come here again
