  I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and it’s disappointing that one bad experience with one employee makes me question whether I want to come back. The employee I dealt with was Robert (he said he goes by Bob). I tried to be respectful and call him by his name, but from the beginning he came across as rude and impatient. He told me he was a manager, but unfortunately he didn’t demonstrate the customer service or communication skills I’d expect from someone in that role. I explained that I wanted to see if they could run a diagnostic on my truck because I thought something might be wrong. Instead, he only focused on doing a battery test and kept interrupting me instead of listening to what I was asking. He told me that if I wanted anything more, I needed to go to a “real mechanic.” I already know an auto parts store isn’t a repair shop, I was simply asking if they could help identify whether there might be an issue. In the end, he tested the battery, said, “The battery is good,” but did so with an attitude and by raising his voice. I’ve always had good experiences at this location, so it’s unfortunate that one interaction with a manager left such a negative impression. I hope management addresses this because good customer service starts with listening and treating people with respect.

  I appreciate the great customer service I received from the entire staff, especially Rob. I was having issues with my car but my check engine light wasn’t on at the time. They gladly checked it and informed me to come back once the check engine light came on. I brought it back and the diagnostic testing seller me know exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. They looked up the part and let me know the price, which was very affordable. . I took it to a mechanic and now my car is running better than ever. If you’re having any issues with your car, please take it to the knowledgeable, friendly people at AutoZone.

  Had to same day a thermostat housing so I ordered it through the autozone website (the stores have no control over the website FYI). Long story short the 3rd party driver was not going to drop off the part. I called the store I ordered from explained the situation and was put on the line with Eve the store manager. She really came through for me, I had been struggling with this thermostat for 3 days and then broke the housing so I really just wanted to get it done THAT day. She worked with her delivery guy to see if he can squeeze me in and sure enough I got the part an hour later. Great customer service from this store. Im definitly gonna come back to this one.... in person haha.
