  It’s been over 2 years I’ve been getting two of cars oil changed here, today after oil changed I asked Lanthon the service manager to turn off the engine light which was on because of the oil overdue, he told me very impolitely and rudely we don’t do this service here go to an Auto Zone location, while it happened a couple of times before and the other guys did removed the engine light code right away without even asking any questions! I am not sure based on what merits he was assigned as a manager his customer service skills Zero and has a shitty attitude… don’t know why they always change managers in this location? Hope corporate see this review and demote him as soon as possible! If this rude Manager Lanthon will be there next time Valvoline will lose 2 of his regular customers forever…!

  This is THE PLACE! The best staff, best service and best prices and I totally trust the people servicing my vehicle. They are upfront with cost and showing you what needs to be done now and what can wait. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to pull in and get my oil changed. I love yall!! I’m the yellow Jeep lady that almost drove into the open bay floor. You guys are awesome!

  Service was fast and staff were polite, but I was disappointed that after paying around $140 for a full synthetic oil change and filter on my 2025 Nissan Rogue, the service sticker still recommended another oil change in only 3,000 miles. That interval seems outdated for modern full synthetic oil and newer vehicles. I expected more accurate and vehicle-specific service guidance.

  they charge me 56$ for an oil change and I bring my own oil with me. That’s the most expensive oil change I ever had since I start driving but it’s fine that’s not the point, at least you can just give me my receipt!!! I asked for it but this guy said we will send it to you by email but I get nothing. I just want to thank the guy who finished the process with me that’s it . First and last time in this location
