Valvoline IOC works hard every time I am there to make the experience worthwhile. They greet you upon entering, and make sure you are up to date on all services. When you deny a service, they don't belabor the point, and that's part of the reason I keep coming back. I also like that when possible, they will price match certain items (i.e. air filters) so I don't have to make another stop for my car care needs. The one request I have - is could there be coupons for free tire rotations with every (pick a reasonable number) oil change.

I come here for every oil change and this time it was different. I didn’t feel the friendliness like I usually do and I felt like they were rushing to get it done. They also didn’t do all the other checks and fill my washer fluid. I came in with a Groupon and ended up paying more than I usually pay for an oil change and thought I was getting a great deal.

Texan GMC dealership changed my oil yesterday and I noticed I had an oil leak this morning (among other issues that they screwed up) so I took my truck where I should’ve taken it to begin with, Valvoline. I bought the truck and it came with “free” oil changes. The guys at Valvoline not only figured out why my oil was leaking, they went to a nearby auto parts store to get the necessary oil pan drain plug to fix it. Here is a picture of the pan plug that the dealership put back into the oil pan…along side is the rubber gasket that should’ve been put in the pan. Thanks Valvoline for a job well done!
