  This location is so disorganized and the wait time that you are being told is not accurate at all! They tell the ones that call they have this and that vehicle but yet have customers waiting on the same vehicles they are telling customers on the phone they have. Don’t tell customers you have an inventory when u have other customers that are waiting on the same inventory you said u had! Especially with a reservation, I get to the location and the vehicle I was told I was getting is not there.

  Excellent customer service. There was an issue with a availability, but they made everything possible to have a car when I needed it.

  Told me to come at lunch, that they had a vehicle for me. I get a ride, an hour, to get there and they didn’t have a car. They told me they’ll call in an hour with a car, they still didn’t have one. Took until 6:20 pm to get a vehicle when I got there at 12. And then the car I got in stinks and is dirty. Like it didn’t even get cleaned or wiped over before giving it to another customer.

  Esther was awesome, I contacted her a day early inquiring about a luxury rental reservation. I went in the store front and also confirmed I would be picking up a rental. The store front employee stated the vehicle was ready in the parking lot confirmed my total explained the credit card information process. I later returned to make pick up which took less then 10 mins. Esther explained the process and vehicle inspection and Thanked me for my services. I will definitely be doing business with the Rosenberg enterprise in the future. When I checked the vehicle in I had no issues. I explained the only issues was the windshield wipers and oil change message which the employee took care of a discount for the inconvenience. Overall satisfied.
