  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Alfonzo and his team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and ready to help with my vehicle’s dead battery situation. A special thank you to Alfonzo for going above and beyond by driving me across the street to jump start my car. That level of customer service and kindness is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the help and recommend this AutoZone location to anyone needing reliable assistance and great customer care.

  Joshua P was amazing and so helpful! I have been in the area for 6 months and needed my battery replaced desperately. He was empathetic and quick, I know I looked pitiful lol.

  Don't trust the management on location for your battery check. They tried to say I had a bad battery with out even trying charge my battery and then checking. You Can't check a battery with zero juice properly. The manager had the nerve to try and tell my wife it was a bad battery and wouldn't even try to charge the battery. I even confronted the manager on the phone because I use to work there and know the protocol for them checking batteries. The manager straight out admitted he didn't follow protocol and wanted me to bring the battery back to charge it. It's sad that it was the management. I would hate to hear what he tells his workers to do to scam money out of customers
