  Marie and Terry are opposing in giving me a warranty battery that came from autozone itself it doesnt matter which store it was bought at when warranty is honor at any Autozone you go to. It shouldn't be a problem to honor a warranty battery from an item that was bought from the company itself. They need to hire more efficient people and professional they shout out each other in the store not to pick up phone calls ignore customers. I waited 7 min on the phone had to call back then I walked in the store didnt even get greeted but looked with disappointment because they can't solve a simple problem with out creating more chaos. It's looks likes give difficulties is a fortress way of withholding us from our needs then honoring honesty warranty. Hang up on customers is not a great way with dealing with a simple problem.

  Teri was spectacular helping us out with our battery issues. She went above and beyond and basically did the job of a mechanic when she didn’t have to. She was kind, patient, and very helpful the entire time. Truly great customer service—thank you again!

  Ms Latara at this location (01432) was so helpful and nice went above and beyond to help me bc i know nothing about cars lol she showed me the problem and fixed it and offered me a product to help it not happen again talk about customer service she was amazing from start to finish also got me in and out literally took her just 3 minutes and that’s only bc someone didn’t put her tool back lol thank you so much Ms Latara and auto zone 😊
