I went back 4 times to Forney for the same problem after buying new tires and they couldn’t get it right. I went to this location, Alex was so wonderful to work with, and it was fixed in an hour. Unfortunately, this ended up being a very disappointing experience. I came in for tire replacement after being told NTB offers a price match guarantee. After they had already started the process, I was informed they would not match Discount Tire’s pricing because it would create “negative margins” for the store. Even after waiving install fees, the total was still around $200 higher. I completely understand businesses need to make money, but advertising a price match guarantee and then refusing to honor it when it matters feels misleading. If there are exclusions or limitations, those should be made clear upfront before work begins. The staff themselves were polite, but the overall experience felt like poor business practice and a waste of time. I ended up asking them to reinstall my original tires and decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with NTB again.
