This Mavis is gross inside, the workers aren't friendly or helpful, and they up charge you significantly for simple things like battery replacement. For instance, Mavis wanted $315 dollars just to change out the battery. Car batteries are $100, even with labor that's absurd. Not a good experience.

Informed them that I am aware of the front tires needing replacement, but this vehicle rarely gets driven (2015 Mercedes with 61,000 miles). I plan to replace them in the fall when the rainy season starts again. I love the fact that I didn’t get harassed into purchasing new tires and just had a leaky valve stem that I wasn’t charged for. I will be returning in the fall to this location in Rockwall this fall!
- JMJeff ManningAug 3, 20261.0Although my tire repair was done appropriatly, the way the technicians treated my Jeep when it was pulled into the shop was not appropriate. I witness multiple tech stand on the entry step to the vehicle and jump up and down rocking the car side to side violently. Additionally, I witnessed them opening the hood of the car, playing with the radio and the aftermarket lights on the vehicle. Once they were done exploring my vehicle (not doing diagnostic work, just goofing off) they saw me watching them. Not a single person in the shop addressed the in appropriate behavior. I will not take any of my vehicles to this location ever again.
