  5 Stars – These guys are the real deal! I first went to a different shop where they told me my tire was completely non-repairable and needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion at Mavis Tires and Brakes, and I’m so glad I did. Alex, the manager, took one look at it and immediately said, "All right, I got you." He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need; he just focused on solving the problem. He called over Jojo, who was incredible—super quick, responsive, and professional. Jojo knocked the repair out in no time and even went the extra mile to ask if he could put the tire back on the car for me. It is rare to find a shop with this much integrity and such a great attitude. Jojo was a complete delight to work with, and Alex runs a top-notch crew. If you want honest service and fast work, definitely go to this Mavis and ask for Alex and Jojo. They’ve earned a customer for life!

  TPMS light was on - located nail in tire - they were able to patch and repair tire. I also found coupon on website to get free tire rotation. Had bad experience when it was NTB - glad I decided to try again all these years later. Alex and staff showed excellent customer service skills and the price was very reasonable.

  Daniel was very, very, very helpful. He explained everything and was very honest. He also took the time to explain and show me the tread measurements on each tire and what causes the wear. I appreciate his professionalism.

  I came in for a repair for an issue caused by a GMC dealership. They had stripped the locking lug nuts on 2 wheels during a tire rotation. Stanley checked me in and took my info and Daniel made the repair. Thanks to those two, I was in and out in about an hour and for a very reasonable price! Their service won the Mavis Tire location in Rockwall a customer for life! Thanks again guys.

  Avoid this place. I have been in the automobile industry 26 years and I used to frequent this location when it was NTB tires. They are scam artists trying to upsell you and replace tires when it is not necessary. I had a nail in my right tire that is the width of a finish nail within the threads. They stated that the tire had to be replaced since the nail was in the outer threads. Well please understand this is incorrect and is there attempt to defraud me and sell me a new tire. The actual rule known nationally is that tire replacement is recommended if the nail or screw is in the outer threads with a diameter greater than 6mm. I had previously had a tire replacement there and they replaced a perfectly good tpms sensor that measures tire pressure. I let it go and ever since my car had trouble syncing the tpms to display tire pressure which it did not do before. Please be aware these guys are scam artists and I do not recommend them on my worst enemy.
