  I’ve used this location many times, they were underwater because of the hail storm and handled the large volume well. Professional, friendly, and you don’t feel like they are trying to screw you over. Only advice, they often have cars with miles on them, make sure you go over the car with them and look closely at the windshield. Also they don’t fill the cars to full, so take a picture of the gas level before you leave for reference later. Thanks for the good service Enterprise!

  In the past, this location has refused to accept my credit card in-store despite Enterprise’s published policy stating that credit cards are accepted at both airport and non-airport locations in the United States. When I questioned the discrepancy, staff suggested it may have been related to my rental history, even though my previous rentals had only been conducted under military orders. Instead, I was told a deposit had to be charged to a debit card before the vehicle would be released. The explanation provided did not appear consistent with Enterprise’s publicly available payment policies. Communication was also extremely difficult. When being transferred to the store number the phone would beep once and remain on a silent line, making it impossible to reach anyone for assistance or clarification. This location also does not appear to coordinate well with insurance claim rentals through corporate. While arranging a rental vehicle for a scheduled POV repair appointment, we were notified only three hours before drop-off that they did not have a comparable vehicle available. Their solution was to offer an upgrade costing approximately $40–$50 more. As a result, we had to cancel our repair appointment and make alternative arrangements with another rental company. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to inconsistent policy application, poor communication, and a lack of coordination with corporate. The inability to reach the branch by phone, combined with last-minute changes and conflicting information, created unnecessary inconvenience and delays.

  Rude and not courteous. There was a miscommunication with my reservation between me and my insurance company but the collision co caliber sent me to enterprise for my rental then when I got to enterprise the manager brook at enterprise seemed stressed to begin with then when I told her my name she immediately raised her voice and stated " I told caliber not to send you here, I have no reservation and I have no cars" . Feeling caught off guard and frustrated the conversation did not go well from there. Long story short. She ends up refusing to rent from me which caused major inconvenience for me trying to get a rental in town elsewhere. There was no customer service shown. I was completely dissatisfied. Rude behavior!
