  Do NOT use enterprise. They have been allowing people to make reservations online even giving confirmations only to have them be snippy saying “we don’t have any cars. We will put you on a list”. Horrible customer service. Specifically the Rockwall location. Of course they blamed corporate for not Turning online reservations off. FYI. Called a legit company on mesquite. Thrifty car rental. Let me do reservation and actually had the car they promised I attached the confirmation I got even after I checked in. There are other options and insurance companies let you pick. Stay away from any preferred vendor. They suck as bad as the actual insurance company. I’ve rented many before and never again from this horrible place. Lastly I tried to do online reservations with 4 different rental companies. 2 were honest and said no cars available. Enterprise and thrifty my had available and allows it. The difference is thirsty is a legit good company. Enterprise is only about numbers. They do not care if they ruin a day. It’s not their day to ruin. You’ve been warned

  Worst service, I was denied from renting a car due to the fact that I couldn't provide a bill from my current address. The bill was included into my rental agreement which I showed the young man who was assisting me, but his co-worker was forcefully demanding that we showed some type of bill. Now, if that was their requirement they should have informed me before I had to spend extra money to go there and back again. Not only that I had arranged errands that I had to take care of, but couldn't complete them due lack of transportation.

  We needed a car due to Rockwall's recent hail problem, we received a great rental car. Our insurance company paid for the car while they were deciding on the car's fate. We spoke with our insurance adjuster the morning of 5/7/2026, the car was totaled, the insurance company allowed additional days of car rental after we accepted their offer. We received a call from Josh on 5/7/26 at 6:45 pm that evening after the Enterprise branch had closed. Josh told us we were supposed to turn in the car during that day and it was not Enterprises decision but our insurance company. We had to fill up the car with gas, take the car up to the Enterprise location and drop the key in the after hour drop box. I called our insurance company the next day 5/8/2026 to let them know our decision regarding their offer on our car. I asked the adjuster about the rental car, he told me we could have kept the rental car until 5/16/2026. Josh is a total liar and made Enterprise look like a very dishonest company that does not care about their customers. They needed the car for the weekend to make more money, what a scam !

  Rented the Grand Wagoner for a family vacation of 7 with 2 French Bulldogs that rode in 1 dog seat together. This vehicle seats 8. Very comfortable with lots of trunk space. Great gas mileage. Excellent service by Brook Dearing and very easy return. Thank you Enterprise for ensuring our family vacation was safe and we will definitely be a return customer.

  Website is inaccurate regarding after hours drop off. I didn’t realize that service had been discontinued. Enterprise rep confirmed that their website hadn’t been updated but the policy had changed. Had I known I would have made other arrangements so I wouldn’t have had to pay for a full day because of an inaccurate website. Car also smelled very stale and smoky. I’ve rented from Enterprise more times than I count and this was by far not a good experience. Very dissatisfied with how the company would not accommodate a repeat customer.
