  Enterprise did drop the rental vehicle off at the body shop that I was having my vehicle repaired, but I received a compact vehicle instead of the mid size vehicle I requested. In the future I will call them directly instead of using the app link that they encourages its customer to use.

  Isaac and Brooke took very good care of me at the Rockwell location in Texas This is a very busy location and even though there were over eight people in the lobby, they were able to process my return quickly I’m so happy with the whole process that I’m going to rent another vehicle from this location This is definitely a five star rotation receive quick service

  This feedback is intended for corporate, as the staff at this location has consistently been hardworking, courteous, and doing everything they can despite clearly being short-staffed. This is the second Saturday in a row that I have rented from Enterprise at this location, and both times I have waited more than 45 minutes to receive my vehicle. The employees are working hard and hustling the entire time, but it is very clear that they need more support. I also strongly recommend implementing a numbering or ticket system. The line gets so long that customers often have no idea where it ends or whose turn it is. On both occasions, I witnessed people being cut in line, and I was also cut myself. This has led to confrontations between customers while the staff is already doing everything they can to keep things moving. I want to emphasize that my frustration is not with the employees. They have been courteous and working nonstop. My concern is that the location appears to be understaffed and lacks a system to manage the volume of customers efficiently. I hope corporate will consider providing this location with additional staffing and a better system for organizing customers, especially on busy weekends. The employees deserve the support, and customers deserve a smoother experience.

  I needed to pick up my car quickly that's the ONLY reason for 3 stars. It took over an hour to pick it up. The staff is so friendly and kind I plan to continue to use this location. Special thank you to Robert. You absolutely shine with joy and great customer service. We're I not so pressed for time waiting would have been fine. I know they were very short staffed, but I had a 130 appt and didnt leave til nearly 3... :( granted I was 6 min late due to traffic. I would still return to this location in the future!!!! It's never taken this long before. ♡
