The ladies down at Enterprise- Brooke, Dee, and May were so helpful, kind and professional. They helped me so much during a stressful and unplanned event at a local dealership. So grateful for these ladies! I highly recommend this location! Thanks for all y’all’s help!!

If you want your day/trip/reservation ruined, come to this Enterprise location and deal with the branch manager, Brooke. We had a situation where we spoke in person with an agent about swapping to a sprinter a week later. They advised it would be no issue and even advised we reserve online, this was later confirmed through 2 phone calls as well prior to pickup. However, when we arrived and different van was brought out, we explained that it was not the Sprinter we had requested and tried to clarify the conversations we had already had with other employees. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to find a solution, Brooke repeatedly emphasized that she was the branch manager and was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help. Everything was an issue to her and with an attitude basically said too bad I don’t care and even tried lying saying they hadn’t had the sprinter we wanted in over in a week. When we tried to push back and prove her wrong with videos and phone records and gave her the same attitude, my pregnant wife, 2 small kids and myself became a threat and she demanded we get out or she would call the cops and closed our reservation completely. With her branch manager title that she kept trying to throw at us, not once did she show qualities of one. What is funnier is that somehow we were able to get a reservation at another location and nobody seemed to have any of the issues/concerns that she had. Our frustration was not simply about receiving a different van, it was about being given assurances beforehand, confirming everything multiple times, and then being treated disrespectfully from the moment we walked in.

Assistant Branch Manager Jace Teykl was amazing. Very friendly and professional. I have rented from many Enterprise locations, but this facility was by far the best. All the associates there were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location. Thank you again Jace and your team!!
