  I had a recall fixed about 2 months ago which went great, but I’m having issues on my 2020 sonata limited I’m not able to use the apple key or credit card key they told me they would call me back within a week to tell me what I need to do to fix it. It’s now been 2 months and I’ve heard nothing I got ahold of someone today but randomly was hung up on while they were looking into it.

  I am very frustrated with my experience at Clay Cooley Rockwall. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, oil change, and oil consumption test and ended up waiting nearly four hours with very little communication about the status of my vehicle. Veronica initially came to let me know they needed to contact a PA regarding the oil consumption test and later asked for the invoice from my last oil change. At one point, she walked by and said they would be with me shortly, but after that, I received no meaningful updates. Eventually, another employee informed me that they were still waiting on approval for the oil consumption test and that no work had been completed on my vehicle. While I appreciate that a rental vehicle was eventually offered and that they were willing to keep my car, this information came after I had already spent hours waiting. My issue is not that approval was pending. My issue is the lack of communication throughout the process. Had I been informed earlier about the delay, I could have planned my day differently instead of spending four hours at the dealership with no work being performed on my vehicle. Better communication and more timely updates would have made this experience much less frustrating.

  Second time - same results. Purchased a new car here and the tint job after the purchase was not very good. We were told to come back another time and the results were no better than the first. Lots of excuses but no customer service! I dont have time to come back every month to get this done — give me a rental while you fix it or give me my money back and let me take it somewhere else. Buyer beware!!!!!

  The service department was awesome especially Veronica. She was so helpful and working so hard . She went beyond to make you comfortable and make sure you knew what was going on with your car . She was going and going helping so many people at once and did not skip a beat .. she make sure anyone that walk in the door feel like you where important and so was your car so cheerful .So if your looking for a service adviser ask for Veronica she will help you . Thank you so much.

  I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and working with Cody and Wesley. After a few weeks of running in circles with multiple dealerships throughout the metroplex I reached out to Clay Cooley Rockwall on a Thursday night. Cody contacted me quickly asking how he could help - and it wasn’t just lip service. Friday morning I sent him what I was looking for and he acted quickly, looping in his team to see what they could do. Wesley reached out to run some ideas by me - and he listened to exactly where I needed to be to make the deal work. It really felt like he was a partner in getting things to line up. Oh, and to top it all off, Wesley and Cody arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home by Friday afternoon. As a father of two young kids that were out of school that day, that extra mile was deeply appreciated. If you’re in the metroplex and looking for a Hyundai, this is your spot. To Cody and Wesley, thank you! Y’all are the real deal.
