  I have rated my experience with the service department specifically at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall. One of the most important things after my initial purchase of a vehicle for myself is the service department. I’ve recently had an issue that came up suddenly with my vehicle and I drove directly over to the service department at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I was met by Jennifer, who is a sales associate shortly after I pulled into the service area. I know this sounds cliché, but I did not have an appointment and I can tell you that I was very stressed regarding the issue with my car and they immediately said no problem, pulled out a ticket for service and evaluation and pulled up all my information. In addition to my immediate problem I had about five recalls that I was not aware of on my vehicle. I can’t say enough about the service that was provided to me by Jennifer and the supervisor of the service department. i’ve owned many cars and have dealt with More than a few specialty car service departments, and I can say, without a doubt that the service that I received here was beyond exceptional I feel that they put service over the Almighty dollar and can honestly say that I left today feeling relieved and thankful that I purchased my car from this dealership but secondarily that the service dept maintains a level of professionalism, competency, and kindness that certainly has surpassed my previous experiences with other dealerships

  Took my car in for service and Cam was great! He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Definitely appreciate the great customer service and would recommend them to anyone needing service.

  The first time I walked into Clay Cooley Hyundai. I met Jennifer Ohlemacher! A sweet person that helped me feel like she had known me for years. From that day forward, each service I have on our palisade that we love. Jennifer always has my needs set up with service so when I arrive. All I have to do is answer any questions service may have toward our palisade. It’s such a relief, and such peace to know, that what ever is needed, to be done, o know it will be ok! Cause Jennifer provides the relief and peace. I wish there were more Jennifer’s in this world, it would make the world a lot nicer to live in. Thank You Jennifer, clay cooley Hyundai
