Showed up an hour before scheduled appointment to be told we can get you in early, then to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half and they haven’t even started working on my truck. Will not return no since of urgency, no communication.

I called who my friend who’s a mechanic who told me to do my best to make it to a car shop asap. When I finally got to Brakes Plus, a man named Daniel came to help me, he was very nice, took all my information and I gave him my keys. I had a cigarette and went across the street for some food by the time I got back my car was ready. Thankfully it was just something that needed to be tightened and not anything serious, so they gave me my keys and I ran my errands and made it home safely and without problem. They didn’t even charge me, they just helped me and without question saved my day.
