  Trever is the best at his job. I didnt have an appointment and asked if they could get it done before lunch and they did. He was informative on any questions I had and even told me about a coupon so I was able to save $50.

  I had a 10 am appointment on July 3. I arrived early and got checked it. I was told it would take 45 minutes. After sitting in the lobby for 50 minutes and seeing my car not even be pulled back, I asked for a status update and subsequently the manager. There were other customers that came in without an appointment that were in and out and again, my car is still sitting in the parking lot. The manager Matt was condescending and told me that other people had quicker services and some were going out of town. My service was a simple AC check and he didn't know if I was going out of town or not. Actually, I'm working which is more prevalent for me. They pulled it back after my inquiry. Matt shared that they were about to pull it back anyway. Sure you were. This is a poor and negative customer experience. Matt could have apologized and made it right; however, he chose to be dismissive. I shared that I would leave a Google review. The next customer that came in, they were super friendly to him, provided their name and asked him to do a Google review. Maybe his review will be good to offset this one. Nevertheless I shared my experience with him. Twenty minutes in and his truck is now still sitting in the spot my car was once parked in. I am writing this review to make others aware and perhaps Brakes Plus upper management takes their reviews seriously and addresses the issue.

  Trevor helped check me in for my 8am appt. I was out by 10am with a coolant fluid change, brake change and state inspection. For a f150 it cost me $216!

  Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to find solutions to all of my concerns. He took the time to explain my options and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service. I highly recommend Trevor and the team at Brakes Plus and will definitely be back for future service.

  Friendly but VERY SLOW service. It took THREE HOURS to replace the pads on my car. I asked if they could reinstall the wheels in different locations and they said I had to pay for a tire rotation even though the wheels were already removed and it wouldn’t require any additional work (other than walking around the car). I was disappointed.
