  I worked with Gus to schedule my free inspection and brake replacement. He was professional and kept me up to date on status of repairs. This is my 2nd time using this place and I have been impressed both times with customer service and pricing.

  I had a nice experience with this shop. Chris was the best, and he lived up to the reputation in other reviews. He gave me a callback with a reasonable quote, got me in same day, and he even stayed late to help make sure I got back on the road when the repair ran long due to circumstances out of anyone’s control. That’s definitely exceeds expectations category from Chris and his mechanics. A friendly customer service driven crew dedicated to keeping us on the road.

Fortunately, I discovered Firestone, which was accommodating regardless of whether I had an appointment. They provided exceptional service and ensured my satisfaction..
