    This Place was excellent! I went to another place to get my light changed for my car. They told me it was going to cost me labor and an hour or two of Work. So I put it off for months! I came to this AutoZone and they had my light changed, my battery clean and the battery in my key fab all done in 15 minutes flat. And they were super nice! 10 out of 10 service.

    I recently visited AutoZone to purchase a new battery for my truck. Unfortunately, my initial experience was very disappointing. The first employee who assisted me was a Hispanic female employee whose first name started with the letter “A” and who had noticeable neck tattoos. I don’t know her full name, but management should be able to identify her. When she asked for my engine size, I explained that I wasn’t sure. Instead of helping me find the information, she looked me up and down and said, “Well, you need to know,” and then simply stared at me without offering any assistance. Her attitude came across as rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help a customer who was genuinely trying to get the correct part. Thankfully, Joe G stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He provided outstanding customer service, helped me find the correct battery, and went above and beyond by helping me select the proper engine coolant for my vehicle. He took the time to explain several details about my truck that were genuinely helpful and made sure I understood exactly what I needed. While my interaction with the first employee was frustrating, Joe’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made all the difference. He is a great example of what customer service should look like, and he is the reason I left with a positive impression of the store despite the rough start.

    Robert was so so nice and a great help he helped me change the headlights bulb on the drivers side if I need anything else I will different be back there
